Breakfast was great, hotel view was amazing you could see the canton tower from one side. The location of the hotel was quite far from everything but using the Chinese application didi, a 30 minute car journey to some of the main attractions such as the canton tower only cost 26.8 RMB (around £2.80) so it was very cheap. There was also a free shuttle to the Metro station

The stuff most of all !!

The hotel was very good for the money, with comfortable rooms, a very good breakfast, and a quite decent restaurant. The area is a bit isolated, however, within a relatively short distance of 1.5 kilometers, there was a metro station, a convenience store, a Starbucks, and a McDonald's. But what made this stay amazing was the hotel staff! They were all fantastic and made a huge difference. Colin at the reception and Peng were amazing, the girls at the reception ! I am grateful to them. They truly took service to another level! I recommend this hotel to foreign visitors, and I assure them that the staff will do everything to help you, from assistance with using Didi to finding and securing medication and even online food orders when the restaurant was closed!

Staff at the reception were laughing whilst speaking to them in English, no matter what was the reason that was rude; without a translator into your device with their own program you will not be able to communicate in china; China Wi-Fi was meant for Chinese, we couldn't utilize it so a rooming line is a must; no wheelchair nor a pave path for it; Mosquitos are terrible though the room has a Vap; breakfast was meant for Chinese taste only; Noone stopped the annoying neighbors above us at mid of night!!; Tooo far away from airport and the downtown;

The high technology robots and room bathroom; The lovely view and massive neat bedroom; it's an industrial city so if you have some business it's the best place.

I booked the hotel without breakfast but when I reached there I decided to take breakfast . That time, the receptionist quoted us 128 per person so that time I little disappointed . Rest everything was excellent 👌

I love the view and the rooms very luxurious and the cleanliness is top tier. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are very spaceous and there were free fruits which were really good!

The localization... Although the place is wonderful with an gorgeous park and running field, the hotel is far from everything... So for a simple Starbucks, you must call a taxi and spend 10 min at least.

The hotel is really amazing, all the staffs are so welcome, the accomodation is very confortable and with an big space even for normal level rooms. Breakfast is so good with many options... For lunch and dinner I didn´t appretiate too much, they have many options as well, but every single day they serve the samething, so as I stayed there for almost two weeks, I couldn´t see the same meny anymore.

The Wi-Fi Internet is very very bad. The door between the wardrobe and the bathroom was not working. The toilet sometimes works sometime does not if you want to turn off the lights of the room. You have to turn the curtains with it TV only has Chinese channel not English channel at all .

The concierge, the front desk, the restaurant all people are very nice. Also, the view with the balcony of a lake, beautiful view like it’s a lot .

1. Breakfast was ok but few selective items especially targeted for Chinese guests not for foreigners. 2. Lots of items are written in Chinese name at breakfast, and its especially hard to choose for those who doesn't eat beef or pork or both. 99% breakfast waiters don't understand English at all. 4. Very few veg items 5.Saw chicken sausage throughout my stay as nonveg rather than beef and pork meat. 6.0 items in the mini bar. 7. Hotel internet is literally 128kbps. worse internet service I ever faced

Rooms are out of imagination. Value for what you paid, specially design with latest technology and very specious room. Swimming pool was wonderful at 18th floor. Staffs are gentle and tying to cooperate but only few numbers of staffs understand English

Amazing facilities. Such luxury within the room, breathtaking views on the city from the balcony and bath. 15 min walk from metro station and free bus was running to take you there. Pool was incredible, views were wonderful. Gym was well stocked with new equipment. Would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic room. Very modern and quite new and it had all the facilities you would expect. Breakfast was great as it was a continental breakfast. Lot of varieties to choose from specially when you stay for more than 3 days.
