Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaThe closest Metro station is DaShi on line 3, which takes you directly through the City to the Airport, but it is a two and a half Kilometre taxi ride. I used DiDi and it cost about A$4.
This Hotel is exceptional, it’s marble, gold and mahogany everywhere. The lobby is palatial, the lifts are to die for and the rooms are twice the size of any hotel I have previously experienced. The swimming pool on the fifth floor is immense and there are tennis courts and a well appointed gym. It doesn’t stop there, as there is a massive steam room and a sauna. My room had an enormous bath tub and the bed was much bigger than a King size. The whole experience was next level. My room was on the 17th floor and the view was over the Pearl River.

United Arab EmiratesProperty is said to be wheelchair friendly. Although most of the places are accessible. The swimming pool is not at all convenient for people on wheelchair as the only way to reach that side of Property is through stairs.
Property, food, and location are excellent. Lake view suites are breathtaking. Food was fresh and yummy. Lots of options for kids as well.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaBreakfast was a bit below par (for my taste at least), but I still managed to find something. The room was missing an ironing equipment, which is a bit of a problem, as I am traveling from far away and for business purposes. The air conditioning didn't work properly in the lobby and the breakfast restaurant.
Nice hotel, even though there is one with identical name few km away, and of course, the taxi took us to that one. However, the hotel shuittle service took us to the other one rather quickly. Rooms are very spacious and clean

ChinaThe breakfast could include some more variety, but for the price it's a great value. Also, TV didn't really have any cartoons for kids.
Beautiful hotel with big nice clean rooms and a wonderful bathtub. Their gym was unbelievable, really good, 3 rooms. The indoor swimming pool was nice and cozy and we really enjoyed it. My kids really liked our room aa it had plenty of space for them to run around.

United Arab EmiratesStaffs are not friendly and not helpful . 1. Most of staffs don’t have smile on their faces , looks very unhappy . 2. Reception staffs don’t speak good English .3, when we checked in , no one remind us the breakfast end time is 10:00 am . So When we went to the lobby to ask the breakfast location (at exact 10:00) , the staff told us that it was finished. If he reallly wanna help, he should have told us go to have a look if there was still some food .and actually we did go to see and got some food before they remove the food . 4. Surprised to see that the area in front of reception didn’t have any sofas to sit , only found 4 set of small sofas in the next lobby . Door can’t close by itself because there is some problem ( the staff know ). We also have to push hard to open the door . Every time after pressing Toilet flush button , there is very loud noise and sounds like baby screaming !
Beautiful interior design . Good room size .

SloveniaThe variety of food remains the same each day, which might become repetitive over longer stays. One notable downside is the hotel’s unusual approach to charging for additional services. Unlike standard hotel practice, where guests typically settle all extra charges at checkout, this hotel demands immediate payment for any service that exceeds the amount of the deposit. If this happens, staff may follow guests around the hotel to collect payment, which creates an unpleasant and embarrassing experience, making the guest feel as if they’ve done something wrong. Additionally, the hotel is located far from the city center, and there are very limited options for dining and shopping in the surrounding area.
The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The selection of food for both breakfast and dinner is wide, and it is possible to find dishes that cater to European tastes. The hotel features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, where wearing a swim cap is mandatory. The location is convenient in terms of access, as the hotel is situated directly off the highway exit. During the Canton Fair, the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the venue, which is a great convenience. Upon arrival, a security deposit is required to cover any potential extra charges.
