Locations:The hotel facilities are relatively new. It is located next to Guangzhou Liede Bridge. It is close to Guangzhou Tower, Canton Fair Complex, and Zhujiang New Town Igc Plaza. The serviced apartment provides kitchens, tableware, brand kitchenware, refrigerators and washing machines. It is especially suitable for short-term or long-term stays and provides convenience during travel. Thanks to the front desk Leo, Susan, Kevin, and Gloria for assisting with check-in. Special thanks to Leo help me patiently to sorted out the problem we have with others stay elsewhere . Very grateful .

Modern and spacious apartment ideal for families who need several rooms. Great location and view.

The dryer wasn’t great but we also struggled to understand how to use it. It was a wash and dry machine.

So clean, spacious and great facilities. Buffet breakfast was also fantastic.

There restaurant didn't serve liquor and you couldn't buy liquor from the bar. It was also difficult to charge meals back to your room.

It was clean and close to the Canton Fair. The rooms were well appointed and came with everything you need when you are away from home. The staff were friendly.

Would prefer a view of Canton Tower next time, however I was able to check-in early so the compromise is fair.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. If anything, we would have appreciated a few more Western breakfast options, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise flawless experience.

Everything about Ascott Pazhou Guangzhou exceeded expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and elegantly designed with modern amenities and thoughtful touches. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the city and convenient access to the Canton Fair and other major attractions. The facilities, from the gym to the lounge, were top-tier and consistently well-maintained. Housekeeping was efficient and respectful of our schedule, and the in-room washer/dryer was a huge bonus for a 10-night stay.

The address provided before the reservation is completely inaccurate. After booking, a different location is revealed. The room with the river view shown in the photos is never available because they always claim that only rooms facing the back, overlooking a dump, are left. Check-out takes way too long, and I had to wait for an extended period.

The hotel is clean. When I didn’t like the first room I was given, they upgraded me to a better one. Also, the staff is very helpful, even late at night, if any issue arises.

Breakfast was fair enough, it'd be great if the selection was more various.

The Hotel is new, you can tell. Room was big and with all you need to stay there with comfort. Position is also great, very close to the Pearl River and 30 minutes on foot to reach the exhibition center. If you look for a great place to eat, Party Pier is only 10 mins walking distance.
