Furniture was old, Very limited Lifts with too many people waiting for it. Literally sometime you need ti wait around 15 to 2 minutes to get your turn . Actually its a tall building with too many apartments and many companies i guess atleast 04 are operating different apartment's further some apartment are also used as warehouse and offices . So too crowded . Pictures shown are taken i guess when they were new , now all these things are old .

At the moment of pushing open the door, the clean and tidy environment is bright: the floor is spotless, the sheets are flat and soft, and even the corners are carefully cleaned. Staying here was a wonderful experience. The proximity to Line 5 Taojin Station (only 1 min walk) made getting around Guangzhou a breeze. The free shuttle during the Canton Fair was really thoughtful. The apartment itself was tidy, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I’d stay here again without hesitation

I had a very pleasant stay at the Guangzhou Yuke Serviced Apartment. The location is very convenient, just a 1-minute walk to the Taojin Station of Line 5. During the Canton Fair, the free shuttle bus is a huge advantage. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, and the city view from the room is amazing. Definitely recommend!

The entrance of the apartment building was like entering a busy train station with lots of human traffic. We had 2 units booked. There was a delay in getting our second unit. We were told the guests haven’t checked out yet. The apartments are rather disappointing - facility are old, furniture broken and haphazardly placed, toilets a bit disgusting and rooms not cleaned properly - scraps of rubbish.

Location was in the city and next to MRT station. The people managing the apartment was responsive - changed the apartment for my friends when we told them there was a crack in ceiling light just above the bed. They also responded quite quickly to getting us a new hair dryer for our room.

Staff good boys but all rooms dirty. Change three rooms all very dirty. I change to next hotel after few days.. not good for family and children. Don’t have reception but have 2x 3m small office. Microwave don’t have plate
