The staff, especially Xiao Tang was helpful and courteous. The food in the hotel was reasonably priced and tasty. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent view.

Our stay was really great. Diana was very communicative before our arrival. We wanted to visit Longji rice terraces which is quite far and required a private driver. She organised this for us and the driver was punctual, safe and kind. Diana even printed instructions for us in Chinese to ask locals for directions as we wanted to hike and organised an earlier breakfast before our depart. The location is really ideal. Is far enough removed from the city which was perfect for us. You can access it easily via didi, bus or rental of a moped from the hotel. It right next to rafting (5min walking) and about 30 min from hiking/viewpoints via moped. So right in the middle of attractions Breakfast was plentiful w western and Chinese options. Room was large and clean and bed was comfortable. Given its rainy season there were many mosquitos as expected but they équiped us with zappers, incense and curtains around the bed. It was a great stay. The interior was stunning and calming. It has its own distinct style. The staff was especially welcoming and helped us in any possible way. The room was clean and as described. Would definitely return if the chances allow.

The hotel has a spectacular view and the location is perfect. The team are amazing - very kind and warm and always ready to provide advice and suggestions that will elevate whatever plans you may already have.

We had a severe problem with mosquitos that resulted in many stings overnight while the balcony door was closed. A disadvantage of having a very large room with high ceilings that prevented us to kill the mosquitos. So depending on the time of the year, it may be recommended to bring a mosquito net with you. Staff wasn’t very helpful at this stage.

A beautiful 4* hotel with amazing views and great facilities. Our hotel room was huge and well designed, an absolute bargain. It’s conveniently located a short and beautiful walk from the start of the bamboo rafting, with a nice restaurant nearby (serving delicious beer fish), and an easy Didi ride from Yangshuo (about 10 min) or the train station (about 45 min). The lady at the reception on the last day also went above and beyond offering us the opportunity to have a shower after rafting (it had rained), even though we had already checked out.

The view from our luxurious room was exceptional!! The room was beautiful, luxurious and spacious! This room would have cost 10 times more in any other city.

The room is beautifully decorated with complete amenities. Most amazing is the breathtaking mountain view from the room. The service was also excellent…friendly and prompt assistance when needed. Diana was very helpful in recommending sightseeing activities.

I thought there would be more foreigners in the city, but this had nothing to do with the hotel but rather the timing of my vacation

The nature, the seclusion, and the clean air, are all complimented by a set of staff who did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. If you do hot speak Chinese, they simply communicate through the translator and get you everything you need.

Beautiful hotel! Location was fantastic! Modern architecture.The rooms were comfortable clean and had great character.That added to our experience.Restaurant service great food.You can walk (of raft) up and down the Yulong River to see what thought was some of the best scenery in the kast region.Staff most English speaking.we would love to me comeback

The housekeeper here can speak English. The location is very good, and the morning is also delicious. There is also a special Western-style morning, which is a good experience.

No complaints whatsoever. It was the perfect accommodation, value for money, helpfulness of the staff, and quiet surroundings, with a few restaurants two minutes away on foot.

The location was great - set back from the city, but it's easy to rent mopeds to get yourself around without a problem. The views of the mountains were spectacular, and the customer service was super :)
