We had a really good and pleasant stay in Xingping in autumn Inn. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful pedestrian street of Xingping. The rooms were very clean, the staff most friendly. We got a lot of very helpful information from our host and we have been helped whenever we needed. The view out of the room is amazing and the beds comfortable. What do you need more. We just can recommend it.

The only downside is that it is located in a pedestrian only area, so in the heat of summer, you have to drag your luggage 200m to get to the hotel. Otherwise, lovely hotel.

There is no more breakfast in 2025 but the bakery in front of the hotel is very nice. We fully recommand this place and would return here any time.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the evenings, don't forget to bring a mosquito spray.

An absolutely wonderful hotel in the heart of Yangshuo Old Street. The narrow facade is one large room in width, from which there is access to a small courtyard, from the courtyard there is another room (it serves as a dining room for breakfast, breakfasts are excellent), then a staircase to the top (there are just rooms for guests), and then a kitchen-type room, from which there is access to the other side of the building. That is, a series of rooms runs through from the front facade of the building to the back. There are many pots of flowers at the entrance, including this lively, blooming and wonderfully smelling gardenia. In the first room, where any guest enters, there is a coffee shop where delicious coffee is brewed (including served for breakfast). The video, however, shows everything. In addition to the hostess of the hotel (sometimes, especially after sunset, her husband comes), the guests are greeted by a kind, red-haired, like a fox, dog. There is another, already large, dog in the backyard , but it is kept in a booth, it is watchful and serious. There is a free laundry room in the room upstairs, and next to it is a room where 4 cats live, all completely different colors and breeds, wonderfully beautiful, and there the whole room is equipped for them, they have sun beds, toys… The breakfasts are excellent and classic (scrambled eggs, bacon, bread toast, croissants, bananas and melon, orange juice). And coffee, real and delicious. I was genuinely surprised that finding delicious coffee in China wasn't a problem at all. Moreover, it tastes better than in Moscow (and in Moscow coffee is delicious, you won't find it anywhere else in the world, except in Sumatra, Bali and China). Even in the Chinese province there are coffee shops where, for example, delicious osmanthus latte is brewed.

Not sure about all the animals. They didn't bother me at all but felt guilty if I opened the door a little too long and a cat got out into the street. The owner just laughed and said no problem. But be aware there is a big dog and several cats if you are allergic. They add a little homey feel for me and the dog was super friendly and none bothered me in any way.

Loved this little "inn" on the pedestrian walkway right outside numerous restaurants and souvenir shops and people watching galore. Hard to find so enquire with owner before arriving as your taxi can't drive you to door. Hotel is everything one would want with a comfortable bed/linens, free water, cleanliness a priority, view spectacular and friendly staff who were so helpful and even spoke English for extra understanding. I loved this place for the cost it was super. Stayed only 3 nights but would love to go back for more. Location was perfect for tours and walking to river for cruises. Don't miss the handmade yogurt shop two doors down for the best fresh fruit/yogurt with nuts you'll ever try. And Rosewood Cafe for some international food which like me you might be craving is you are a foreigner and tired of oily veggies and rice!

If you are a pet lover this place is for you. You will meet ZaiZai the dog and all his cat friends. Moreover you're gonna be kindly welcomed by the hostess who will provide all the information you may need. The hotel is in the middle of the main ancient street and the rooms are very well decorated. There's a garden for the sunny days too, and the hostess makes a very tasty coffe. We can only recommend this charming place!

Absolutely lovely place. Perfectly in the middle of the old street with access to all the local area and the best local architecture and food and attractions. The staff were lovely and there’s a really cute dog. Rooms were big and comfortable and warm. There’s a washing machine and dryer. Just a really great place.

We really liked the design of the hotel. It has a boutique feel and the owners have really tried hard to make the hotel feel tranquil. The staff are amazing and very helpful. We have been travelling with our one year old daughter and they were so helpful to supply us with baby essentials. They created a great atmosphere and we would definitely return again. Thank you to the staff at Autumn inn for being so helpful and supportive.

It was not easy to find but this does not depend on them but on the difficulty of non-Chinese navigators. You can't get there by car in front of the hotel but you have to make a short walk.

Very nice bohemian style design place in the middle of Xingping ancient street. It was very calm and comfi. Very good breakfast with coffee from their own cafe. Bus station only 5min walk and many attractions in walking distance. We had really nice time there!

Incredibly cozy and warm inn! We had an incredibly fun and restful weekend. The place was beautifully decorated, serving delicious coffee and a great breakfast choice including Chinese and western options. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating and helped us with everything we needed, even helped us to arrange a bike for us to cycle around because it was difficult to find bikes for rental elsewhere. The room was incredibly comfy and cosy and we had an got some very much needed rest!

Autumn Inn was the highlight of our stay! we were amazed by how authentic yet so peaceful and comfortable our stay was in Autumn inn. from start to finish, we loved it all. Rachel, the manager speaks very well english, and upgraded our room to a bigger one for free. the decorations, the bed and the shower were really great and comfy. stunning view also on the mountain in Xingping. very clean room and the hotel is so well located in ancient town. you can walk to pretty much anywhere. highly highly recommended… and not to mention the delicious breakfast! thank you Rachel and Autumn Inn again for our amazing stay.

My host was truly kind, she picked me up from the bus stop, ordered a cab for me when I was leaving, made a great matcha latte, truly nice people working in this establishment

Maybe it is unfair to compare, but first night I stayed in Ron's Inn, which is right next door, and it was so inspirational that this place came as a bit of a disappointment afterwards. It's just very small hallways, a hotel feel, the colours, the decoration, narrow communal space, and the internet that was not working.
