Reviews of Ibis Styles Hotel - 260M from Guangji Street Subway Station

Love the location! It was close to everything - the metro, Muslim Quarter, drum tower, bell tower. Free laundry too! This was my favorite feature. Breakfast was good. Limited but excellent choices. The staff were really helpful, especially the housekeeping. Thank you!

The bathroom door lacked some privacy.

The location was amazing! It was very close to the Muslim quarter with the shops and food street. It was also just a couple of blocks away from the bell tower and the drum tower. The metro was just a block away too. I love that they have a laundry room where you can do your laundry for free! Breakfast was a bit limited but the choices were quite good. The staff were really helpful, especially housekeeping. Will definitely stay here again if ever we go back to Xi'an!

Bathroom door is not as private as we wanted.

New property, neat and clean facilities. Staff was polite and hospitable. Breakfast was above expectations. Delicious food and plenty of vegan/vegetarian options.

Quite an awkward layout of the room. Bathroom and wash room were located in opposite corners of the room whereas the washbasin was inside the bedroom right outside the washroom. The room was warm and ac was not working properly.

Excellent location, helpful staff.

We stayed for a week, each day we had to go to the front desk to fix our room card. Basically card will stop working every day noon time. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room.

Excellent location, on quiet district but nearby attractions and subway and compact sized - low density hotel

Common toilet was awful and not all staff were friendly or motivated. Breakfast spread was limited.

The hotel has a room w 2 queen beds for famiky of 4. Location is great just a short walk to Bell tower, which is easy to find foods. The price is low comparing to other cities. Super comfy bed.

They have breakfast but somtimes the seats are not enough.

The hotel has a very central position, in 5-10 min you reach the Muslim quarter with it's bazaar, food stands and the Great Mosque which is a must-see in Xi'an. As the name suggests, the metro is also nearby and you can easily reach the main sights within less than 30 min. The staff was friendly and very helpful, translator apps did a great job ;-)

Modern. Spacious, value for money

I would have expected English speaking consierge…

The hotel was what you'd expect from Ibis.

We booked on the day of our stay so it was pretty clear we would turn up. 30 minutes before 6pm we recieved an email from the hotel telling us if we did not confirm our booking by 6pm they would cancel it. There was no attempt to phone. At 7pm when we arrived they told us our booking was cancelled. They then told us they could get two rooms at a nearby hotel as they were sold out but for one room. The price changed three times and we ended up paying far more than the original booking. Was very unimpressed.

Great location - the Bell and Drum tower, Muslim Quarter, Great Mosque and more are in walking distance. The bed was so comfortable and room spacious.

During our stay nobody from the staff spoke English, we worked it out with Translate though.
