Excellent breakfast! Very convenient location (on subway line and walking distance to the west lake and business center). Room clean and comfortable with fridge. A lot of amenities on site including washers, dryers, pool table, pinpong table.

Great location! There are so many shops and food options nearby! Our kids were so excited! Our family really loved their breakfast options! The rooms we got were clean, compact, and modern! You need to press a button to close/open the curtain. :) There is a public washer and dryer at the hotel which is very important for family traveling with kids. Also, I was really happy to find out that our room did not have carpet! I think the hotel should include this in the description so that I can easily find hotels like this!

The dryer took a long time to dry even after 3 hours of drying a small amount of clothes. We ended up drying them in our room overnight which worked fine. The 'fitness centre' is just a spin bike and one treadmill by the laundry and table tennis area. These are very minor issues, and we had a great stay overall.

Tidy and modern hotel with nice communal areas to hangout in. There's also a pool table and table tennis. Our room was comfy and clean with complimentary water and biscuits each day. Breakfast was good with a few options. Location was great with the metro just around the corner.

The space right outside the shower stall is screened from the rest of the room but not closed off with a door (a design tendency that seems fairly common in China?), so it could be awkward if you're sharing with a friend.

Stylish modern hotel with an inviting lobby lounge area (including a pool table). Helpful staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great location right by a metro exit and within walking distance to the northeast corner of West Lake. Good breakfast buffet with a varied spread and fresh noodles.

such a lovely chill hotel , great breakfast , super convenient area , subway so close . lovely rooms and the lounge area attached to reception was lovely even a pool/billards table , complementary washers and dryer came in handy, such crazy good value, didi got us around and it was sooo affordable compared to home country (australia) Highly recommended

Rooms were a a bit dark. The lettering on the light switches were hard to read (faint and not well illuminated).

Great location (1-2 minutes walk to Fengqi Road Metro station, D3 exit). Only about 10 minutes walk to the Wulin night matket. Plenty of restaurant options within a few minutes walk. Good price, which, for us, also included a reasonably good breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and air conditioning was good. There was no room safe, but a small fridge was helpful. The hotel reception (level 5) had a billiards table and a ping pong table, which were welcome . On the same floor are 2 free washing machines and 2 dryers (drying takes 2-3 hours, though) for guests to use; you may have to wait your turn.

It's located very close to a metro station, like 20 meters from the exit with elevator. Room is very modern and very clean. Breakfast was ok, mostly Chinees guests and meals were according to that taste. Not much choice if you don't like that type of cuisine. There is free self service laundry, which was very useful.

There's no massage in the bathtub, but it's also very big and comfortable bathtub.
