    Location was good and restaurants walking distance. Taxi and cabs all day long on road. Easy access to night market and Yiwu International market.

    The way the front desk tries to help but don't understand English. Was asked to pay full day for checkout at 8pm which wasnt good. Rooms on buildings B not good at all and always difficult to get cleaned.

We have carried out an emergency rectification of the housekeeping department, conducted a comprehensive inspection and disinfection of all guest rooms, replaced substandard linen, and will increase the frequency and standards of hygiene inspections in the future. Such incidents will never occur again. We will contact the engineering department to test the sealing of the Windows for sound insulation issues. If necessary, we will carry out repairs or replacements. At the same time, we will coordinate with surrounding merchants to reduce noise at night and strive to create a quiet resting environment for guests.     The location is great

    The hotel is a two section hotel, one is the main one and the other as if they bought from other very low rated hotel, and you need to go in many paths in order to reach the room, as if you are to find a dealer 😅. When we arrived, they took us to the low rated hotel, which I immediately objected about. Their answer was that this is what I booked in booking, although it is not right. When I complained, they said you need to pay an extra to be in the main branch hotel. So, having no choice, we had to pay extra.

    The reception and the breakfast

    The hotel was at a much higher level before Covid 19, especially the level of cleanliness is very poor, as well as the mattresses and pillows are worn out and uncomfortable. I am a previous customer of the hotel and this is the first time I have stayed in it after the reopening. I am very upset.
