“Superb stay for few nights in Medellín! The room was excellent, and we upgraded our room so we could enjoy the beautiful city and mountain views. Reception stafff was super friendly, special thanks to Yeisson for very professional and kind service! Also thanks to the ”Bellboys” who definitely improved the quality of hospitality and our overall experience.
Only dissapointment was the hotel restaurant (breakfast was very good), you’d expect more in such a high quality hotel. Service was slow and many mistakes with orders. One night we got served by Jesica who was definitely most professional of all waiters, served us with a wide smile and positive vibe, thanks to her!
Overall very good stay, would stay again! For safe transports to/from the airport you can ask the hotel reception :) (and for arriving in Medellin Airport, please spare 1-3 hours for the immigration!!! SUPER SLOW!”
“We moved here from possibly the loudest hostel we’ve ever stayed in in search of a good nights sleep and refuge from the noise of poblado. The staff were very kind and helpful, our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and most importantly, very quiet! Would definitely recommend if you don’t want to hear provenza or nightclubs until 5am. Breakfast is basic but very nicely done. Would return.”
