How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AVOID this hotel. The hotel room was dirty and I found insects near the bed, in my staying here I got bedbugs bites in my legs, I'm sure that came from the dirtiness from the carpets in the corridors as well. The bad manners when you have visitors is unacceptable. The swimming pool is a joke, very small and was dirty, nothing appealing to get in that small pond. I can recommend you to stay in Sonesta hotel, is basically 5 min from this hotel, nice area and the staff are brilliant with great education, they have a proper swimming pool where you can go for a swim and the entire hotel is clean.

During your stay, there was an issue involving the entry of individuals who were not registered as part of your reservation. For reasons related to safety, insurance coverage, and regulatory compliance, all guests must be properly registered. Although our policy is typically strict in this regard, we made an exception in your case and allowed entry under the condition that the registration process be completed. Unfortunately, this process was not followed as instructed, which led to additional restrictions. This was a key factor in the overall experience and was not mentioned in your review, potentially leading to a one-sided perception of the events. Regarding your concerns about cleanliness, the pool, and our facilities, we genuinely regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. Following your comments, our maintenance and housekeeping teams conducted a thorough inspection and found no evidence of insects or structural issues. Nonetheless, we have reinforced our internal protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene. As for the pool, it is designed as a relaxing space with panoramic views rather than a recreational water facility, something we strive to communicate clearly in all our listings. Verified reviewThe views are amazing we were on the 15th floor. And the staff in particular the helpers were very friendly. The location is very nice, a good area in FloridaBlanca.
We appreciated that we were contacted the day before that the elevator would not be working, and if so they could book is into another hotel, but we wanted to stay anyway. However nothing was mentioned that the pool would be in maintenance, so we were not able to use the pool which was one of the main reasons to book the hotel. The breakfast was just until 9am even on a saturday? Way to early. One night we had only cold to lukewarm water in the shower.

Verified reviewThe staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was very good for us to visit with my wife’s family located near by their home.
For being a new property it’s not being kept clean in a lot of the areas though out the hotel. There is no A/C used in the lobby or the hallway’s throughout the hotel and it gets very hot in the afternoon hours there!! When taking a shower the water is barely warm enough to stand, it feels like you’re taking a cold shower!!! The bathroom sink has a water sensor on it so you have to hold one hand in front of it to get it to turn on and off. Also you have no way to control the water temperature!! It’s a shame because it is a nice looking hotel but it’s not very comfortable for it’s guests in our opinion!

Everything is good
