For being a new property it’s not being kept clean in a lot of the areas though out the hotel. There is no A/C used in the lobby or the hallway’s throughout the hotel and it gets very hot in the afternoon hours there!! When taking a shower the water is barely warm enough to stand, it feels like you’re taking a cold shower!!! The bathroom sink has a water sensor on it so you have to hold one hand in front of it to get it to turn on and off. Also you have no way to control the water temperature!! It’s a shame because it is a nice looking hotel but it’s not very comfortable for it’s guests in our opinion!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was very good for us to visit with my wife’s family located near by their home.

People ring the room bells in the middle of the night, the place has low security, anyone from outside can get in the elevators. My coworker had people trying to get into her room in the middle of the night several times. when contacting reception their answers was that it must have been a mistake. The have support only over WA, the answers are not timely. A hotel needs to have a way to contact them directly and right away.

AVOID this hotel. The hotel room was dirty and I found insects near the bed, in my staying here I got bedbugs bites in my legs, I'm sure that came from the dirtiness from the carpets in the corridors as well. The bad manners when you have visitors is unacceptable. The swimming pool is a joke, very small and was dirty, nothing appealing to get in that small pond. I can recommend you to stay in Sonesta hotel, is basically 5 min from this hotel, nice area and the staff are brilliant with great education, they have a proper swimming pool where you can go for a swim and the entire hotel is clean.

Everything was great

Very nice Hotel. I stayed one night and could not fault anything. Exceptional service and a beautiful Restaurant on the 22nd floor with amazing views.

We appreciated that we were contacted the day before that the elevator would not be working, and if so they could book is into another hotel, but we wanted to stay anyway. However nothing was mentioned that the pool would be in maintenance, so we were not able to use the pool which was one of the main reasons to book the hotel. The breakfast was just until 9am even on a saturday? Way to early. One night we had only cold to lukewarm water in the shower.

The views are amazing we were on the 15th floor. And the staff in particular the helpers were very friendly. The location is very nice, a good area in FloridaBlanca.

We were traveling with an infant baby. This hotel did not have a working cooler for my breastmilk (but accommodated by letting me keep it in there restaurant freezer/refridgerator). Only had a shower and deep jacuzzi and the sink is sensored, it was very difficult to give baby a bath. Difficulty to wash and sanitize bottles. The door lock was stuck, staff said they tried to fix it multiple time and we had a hard time entering the room every time.

The property was quite clean. And the staff tried there best to resolve issues and a respectful and friendly manner. Restaurant food is really good and didn’t make us sick.

The people in charge of checking in on Nov 3, 23 in the morning are not helpful to the guest, they have a sarcastic attitude, additionally they gave us the wrong room and when we let them know, they made us uncomfortable and also another guest apart from us Calling them late to change the room, this is something unusual and never seen before, the hotel must take charge without disturbing others since it is their mistake, also there was no hot water.
