Really kind staff A lot of common space in the hostel (2 kitchens, different places to eat/ hang out)

Beds were really small for two people and really hard and the pillows were really soft and old (in need of replacements), so not comfortable to sleep at all Airco in the room is super loud, so you're not able to use it while sleeping We booked the studio with a patio but were really disappointed with the space and especially the patio Also the patio is connected to another patio from another room, but were not informed about that, and neither were our neighbors, which resulted in them coming home late at night (5AM) and making a lot of noice on the patio and waking us up. It would be better to inform guests that the patios are connected and a lot of noise comes through to prevent these things from happening. Check-in process went really fast and felt a bit rushed, also they did not explain us how the front door worked, we figured it out ourselves but many guests didn't know, which resulted in a lot of people ringing the bell, also during the night, and you can hear the bell also in the rooms. We booked the studio and paid more for this room because we wanted a good rest, but the room/ the hostel did not meet our expectations.

One of my favorite hostels, I stayed here during my two visits in Cali for a total of 20 days. The staff are so kind and I always felt like I was at home. There are two kitchens and plenty of bathrooms with hot water, so you don’t have to wait to find a free bathroom or place to cook. I enjoyed hanging out in the upstairs terrace. There were quite a few long term travelers here, which says a lot about the quality and vibe of the hostel. Gracias por todo!

Really friendly and available staff. Room big enough, with a fun but it was quiet warm.. it was quiet clean, the entire place was quiet clean. The kitchen is not super furnished and it's fault of people leaving everything around and dirty. Some showers has hot water and others no but good water pressure! Good location, close to restaurants, bars but away from the noise. Bus stop are 2 blocks away, you have little shops around too, you can walk easily to the city center if you want, San Antonio etc.. in general it was a quiet place! There is a great terrace on top with another kitchen. Locker available in the room for small bags.

I think I was a little put off my the people who checked me in—not super friendly. But the other staff ended up being very kind. I wish the beds had curtains! Laundry service is expensive unless you split it with someone—then it’s manageable.

Great location about 15 min walk from the san antonio neighborhood, alameda market, dance schools, and clubs. Staff was very friendly and the hostel had a great social vibe with many people staying long term. I originally booked 2 nights and stayed for over a week! I would definitely stay here again

Really chill place. I had a great time chilling in hammock in a private room and equally, meeting people alongside the friendly staff.

There’s a kitchen on both floors so it is likely you’ll never see everyone.

Security 24 hours hot water towels

Spotless cleanliness, a very well-organized and comfortable hostel. The staff member Nata was extremely attentive and always willing to help. A wonderful experience—I would definitely return many times!

It was nice experience to stay in this hostel. I’ ve been here 3 nights. There are nice and kind workers. Tidy and clean rooms. Hot showers. Internet 5G. Coffe for free!
