Super nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms and kind people. We had the room with bubble bath and it was fantastic. Recommended! And very nice selection of good filling breakfast.

We used our towels once, left them hung up and they were replaced the next morning. I like to see hotels trying to reduce their environmental footprint. The air conditioning unit was noisy and seemed to only have one setting - 25 deg, which was a little on the warm side for us. We had to sleep with earplugs anyway as the corridor outside is quite echoey. The shower releases more water than the drain can handle, keep an eye on it or it will overflow into the bathroom. It wasn’t clear whether toilet paper was meant to go in the bin or not, some guidance ( just mentioning at check in for example) would be useful.

We had a room on the second floor with lots of natural light. The bed was comfy & the hand written welcome note was a sweet touch. Always pleased to see hotels using refillable toiletry bottles rather than mini single use plastic ones. Breakfast was included in our room rate, was served for a conveniently wide time period & was tasty. Hotel is on a fairly quiet street. The night receptionist was very helpful when we arrived at 1am from Manizales.

All the staff were exceptionally helpful and John always made time to say hello and give advice, if asked. The property is also well located, just 10 mins walk to Pablado station and with lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance

Our room was directly next to the road which, during busier traffic hours, could be a bit noisy but it didnt bother us during the night. The one thing we didnt like about the accommodation, was the quality of the breakfast. We would recommend booking without and find a nice restaurant in the neighborhood instead for breakfast.

Very nice hotel to discover Medellin. The location is great with nice restaurants around, the bed is comfortable, the room was clean and nicely decorated, the shower had good water pressure. It's everything you need and want for a city trip.

There were was some maintenance next to our room, that started early in the morning at 7:15 and made us wake up immediately. But to be fair: we didn’t complain and didn’t flagged it with the hotel staff, as we felt too lazy to change the room- therefore, completely our fault.

The Rooms are incredibly new and clean! The jacuzzi in our room was maybe not necessary (especially in a country with water scarcity in most cities) + also not working. But other than that: amazing price for value! Also loved the breakfast that was included in our booking.
