How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was a tad too small and could use either a fan or heater for hot and cold days respectively
Modern rooms, very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the hotel qas in a great location.

Excellent location with lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. Very close to El Campin stadium. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It is a central location, so expect it to be loud during the work day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found the location to be good and close to restaurants and some attractions, but it's a bit far from La Candeleria.

The hotel is very nice clean and safe, It is a good barrio called"Chapinero", it is not close to downtown but is easier to move to the diffent parts in the city. Breakfast is excellent and sufficient,. fruit, eggs, bread, juice and coffee. the ladies preparing of meals are very kind.

A few changes would make this place go up a star. The breakfast is meh---fresh fruit, some industrial pastries, and eggs if you want them--coffee and hot chocolate are available. The breakfast room is dingy and dark. There is coffee and a pitcher of water in the lobby, but a coffee maker and water (beyond the one small bottle you get on your first night) would make the stay so much nicer. The neighborhood is a bit iffy, but that's central Bogota.
Very comfortable room and accommodating staff. Clean. A TV that provided channels you would actually want to watch (an increasing rarity in hotels). Good hot water and water pressure in the shower. Good security.

The free coffee was a nice touch but the hot water was always cold and I had to constantly ask for it to be heated up and then wait for a long time when the staff remembered I had requested it. The breakfast was very limited particularly for people who are vegan. The eating options in the imnmediate área are limited too. Not many healthy options around.
The room was a nice size and comfortable. When I arrived I didn't know where I could go to get some food and a staff member was very nice and guided me to a place where I could get what I wanted.

It's a bit odd of a floor design for the building. The elevator stop levels are between the room floor levels. Would be a problem if you had trouble with stairs.
Nice windows with good adjustment to set shading.

Room facing street is noisy beyond belief. You hear every car/scooter going by, only way to solve this problem is with actual sound proof windows.

Comfortable beds, clean, quiet at night, with good wifi and water pressure. Located in the centre of Chapinero close to Transmilenio stations, an Éxito supermarket, and plenty of restaurant options.

Outside neibor is under the construction. Wall may thock enough but the window may be, to protect the sound of outside, from the early morning, you can have healthy time shchedule wake up. (Onlt Sunday was silent in the morning)

I was in a room that near street, it was noisy. So I asked them to change my room, and they changed my room. I recommend the inside room. It was silent
