Sooooooo noisy at night . Since all the windows face to the common area, we can hear everything until late at night and again in the early morning like 6-7 am. Even though I mentioned friendly staff, but they were talking so loud Sometimes they knocked on the door and called someone in the morning . Not only staff but also guests. I heard a dog barking in the morning too. It seems to be a clean place but I found that they didn't clean the toilet and bathroom everyday. No hanging clothes area. We need to pay for laundry 10k per kg.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is quite clean. The location is not that close to Metro but nearby river park and supermarkets Breakfast was ok. It was a small portion but comparing the price is acceptable. I like the balcony unfortunately, it was a smoking area so, I didn't spend much time there. They have a kitchen but we couldn't use it before 11 am. I am not sure why because breakfast time finishes around 9 am or 9.30 am. however the cooking lady is so kind . She allowed me to cut fruit or heat food up in the microwave. Overall for this place, worth the money

The kitchen wasn’t very clean, the stove didn’t work properly, there was no lighter to turn it on, the bathroom drains were clogged, and there were no hooks or hangers for towels/clothes in the bedroom and bathrooms.

Very old bed sheets, the mirror in the bathroom was not right in front but against the wall had to lean to be able to see myself, had to go find more toilet paper cuz there was not enough in the toilet, even when the breakfast was included I had to leave early and there was no solution from the hostel to provide with it, the only day I was able to consume my breakfast was very salty and not so tasty, definitely needs to improve, had to wait for the staff to open the door cu they didn’t respond for the front desk bell.

We have some issues with the room at the begining of our stay. We were moved to an appropiate one on the second day but again we have some issues with the bed. They sort it out but need better maintenance.

The people of the hotel are very nice and helpful.

We walked from metro and 2 streets over didn't feel that safe so would recommend a taxi. During the day walked towards river and seemed nice. The street it was on was safe.

We got a lovely basic room but surprisingly had a balcony with hammock! Breakfast was basic but given the price very good value. Staff were polite. Honestly for the price it is excellent!

Got a few mosquito bites in the dorm room but they stayed away when I left the fan blowing over my bed. Also not a social hostel, in my experience, and having lockers would’ve been nice.

Great value for money, the free breakfast is small but good, everything’s pretty clean and the staff is very helpful.

Staff are very nice and helpful, definitely a highlight. Great hostel vibe here, and in a good location near D1 and unicentro. Great value! You can walk over to parques del Rio at any time, great spot to unwind.

The location coming from the closest metro station wasn't great. However, it is close to the lovely Laureles neighbourhood which we found to be perfectly safe. This free breakfast was also advertised as American style. Instead we had a piece of fruit, half a toasted sandwich, mouthful of eggs and a cracker which was not filling.

Rudeness and indifference of some of staff; platform Booking was blamed for amount the money to be paid at the property been different from the E-mail Booking sent to me; Hostel said they didn't have a bed for an extra night although availability was shown on Booking for the night requested. Booking.com sent me a confirmation email and it was blamed again: error on Booking.com platform according to the hostel. They didn't cancel it so Booking.com sent me an email saying the hostel notified me for a bed/night the Hostel itself didn't me allow me to stay, as according to them: there was no availability on the extra night.

It was clean and nice breakfast included.

Absolutely disgusting – Do not stay here (BEDBUGS)! First of all, the bed was infested with bedbugs. We saw several bugs on the beds and sheets and woke up with bites and itching all over. The bed itself was also really old and uncomfortable. To make things worse, the bathroom reeked of sewage and had visible mold, especially around the shower and ceiling. I was absolutely shocked to find a used condom under the bed. That says everything you need to know about the so-called “cleanliness” of this place. The breakfast was terrible too – barely edible. On top of all that, there was constant noise early in the morning, so getting any rest was impossible. When we checked out, I asked if any kind of compensation was possible. They told me to email the admin manager, which I did – but received no reply. Even after following up and sending messages on WhatsApp (where we had previously communicated without issues), they simply ignored me. Avoid this place at all costs. It's not just bad – it's filthy and completely unacceptable. Worst experience I’ve had anywhere.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hostel and it has always been clean and cool, The internet its great, the area is cute and the place is always clean.

bed was small with no sides so it is easy to roll off of if you aren't careful. was initially charged 10 mil extra for one night until i checked my phone and saw the correct price. there were no lockers available and they were small anyways.

It is quite far from the main sightseeing points - to get somewhere you need to walk to catch public transport - the streets around did not feel very safe in the night. As most of the other guests are locals, it can get really noisy even early in the morning. There were mosquitoes in the rooms.

This was the cheapest option with quite good reviews. The breakfast was small but ok.
