The downside of the great location is at night it can be noisy if you aren't out until 3 in the morning. Construction work during the day also didn't help when trying to work in the hotel room.

The staff are extremely helpful and even with a bit of a language barrier very willing to work with you. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, and great centralized location.

The hotel is not very pretty or boutique looking at all, it’s just basic, but the location and everything else makes up for it. The room itself was very basic, it didn’t include a mini fridge, desk lamps, and the bathroom didn’t have a vent. We did have hot water but it was hard to regulate the temperature, it would go from hot to cold on its own. Despite these complaints I would still stay here again!

The location is awesome, right on the end of the main street in Provenza (but not right in the middle of it) which is closed to cars and FULL of bars and restaurants. So lots of nightlife and food options! Only one block away from the colorful Medellin sign. If you’re staying in this area you have to expect a lot of noise at night, but I sleep with earplugs anyway (I recommend you bring some), and we got lucky to get a room on the 6th floor, so that was helped. Our room had a window with a city/mountain view. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff was cleaning other rooms on our floor and I was able to see that they spend a lot of time cleaning each room. I was very impressed with how clean the room was. The hotel has a front covered patio area designated for smoking. We enjoyed sitting out there. The breakfast was great, and I’m bummed we were only able to have it one day due to our schedule. It included basics like toast, bread rolls, cereal, and yogurt, but the cooks were also preparing either eggs and sausage or chicken soup. We had the soup and it was amazing!

Rooms are very small compared to nearby hotels at a similar price. The front dest clerk was trying to run a scam. Charging money for a guest. My sister in law wasn't allowed to go upstairs and use the restroom unless I paid her. Everyone else was very kind and helpful. I wouldn't go back due to her.

They didn’t say anything and did nothing when drunk people arrive at late at night making noises and shouting inside the facilities.

The location is good as you can be in the center of the restaurants and bars, but the noise is intolerable and lot of people staying at the hotel used to arrive late at night drunk and shouting making it impossible to get some sleep.

They charged us for a pillow cover saying that they couldn’t remove a stink, but the cleaning lady never told us anything and we where in the room when she was cleaning!
