The kitchen is quite small and not very well equipped. There were a few issues with my payment, so make sure you double check the price with them and even though they might accept cards be sure to have enough cash.

Family-run hostel, very friendly and relaxed vibe, kids might be around. The family even invited us for Noche de Velitas (pre-christmas celebration). I booked several tours through them, prices seem fair. Nice dorms, every bed has power plugs, good price.

The hostel was clean and comfortable - bedroom, communal areas, kitchen and bathroom. I slept so well. Isabella was lovely and friendly, as was the woman who made me coffee :). Good location to the main park/square, restaurants and places to book excursions.

We loved staying at adventure hostel. Best hostel in San Gil. It is in the perfect location, it has great facilities including the pool next door and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming; more than willing to help you with booking activities and recommendations etc. It felt like a lovely family place to stay and we would definitely recommend it. .

No complaints! We were the only travelers there so no real vibe, but it is that time of year!

Great location, just off the square. Cute & tidy room, clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Staff were very sweet! Free coffee in the morning was great.

Excellent location in the centre of San Gil. The owners were extremely nice people and organised our activity while there and gave restaurant recommendations. The hostel has hammocks to chill out in and a well equipped kitchen too. Room was very clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The price is great too, the best in San Gil for the service provided. Would recommend to anyone staying in San Gil.

I choose bed near window so was a bit too bright. I needed sleeping mask. Other beds I guess was better. Except that this hostel is best option to stay in San Gil.

Everything! The staff and owner are super friendly and helpful. All activities you can book with them. Hostel provide lockers for your valuables. Nice common area with hammocks. Great location- 2 mins walk from main square. I cannot say anything bad. Probably best option to stay in San Gil.

The bed was more firm than we like, but this is a personal preference. It was also quite hot with only the fan, again probably wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't January heat.

The staff is very friendly, they offer all the activities you would wish at the best rates. Every morning we could have some fresh coffee. The hostel has two houses: one with private rooms and a pool, the other with a relax area. We really enjoyed our time and kept extending! I could easily stay another week :) location was perfect. We arrived early after a night bus and still could check in very early, very kind!

the facilities are pretty basic but still comfortable and for the price you get an amazing value. most of the people that work in the hostel speak mainly spanish so it was a little difficult to ask about recommendation and activities but they were nice and always wonted to help so we used google translate when needed.

first of all the staff are amazing! rubio the manager is super nice, helpful anmd welcoming and everyone at the reception were too. the location is perfect. the kitchen is well-equipped. there's a nice rooftop with a pool in one of the buildings and on the other a chill area with hammocks. you can book all the activities in san gil with the hostel very easily. would 100% recommend to book this hostel!

I think the best thing in this hostel is the staff. Every single one of them is super nice, they did everything we asked them always with a smile. Everything was clean all the time. The hostal was very central and beside good resturants.

Room was a bit small, so with 2 big backpacks and 2 daypacks it was a bit cramped. (But I think it is a standard size for a lot of hostels in Colombia)

Beds were comfy, the place was clean. The common ereas were really chill too. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. Shower was hot. Location was good too! We would definitely stay here again if we would return to San Gil.
