Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Colombiawhen delivery people go up to the rooms, make sure they nock on the correct doors, they seemed to be lost a couple of times. simple breakfast, didnt have an alternative for the same breakfast they served avery day.
the desk people where great, the rooms are nice and spacius and the bath and shower is clean , warm water was great and plentifull.

IsraelIt's a budget hotel so you cannot expect much but with that being said, they did everything they could to make my experience worse. They charged me for an extra guest although the guest didn't spend the night, the room is nowhere 18 square meters as they claim it to be but more like 5. Lastly, breakfast was poor and didn't have takeaway options. The area is also pretty dark and sketchy.
