It was odd that there was neither butter nor jam to accompany the breakfast toast - just industrial grade margarine! This made it impossible to opt for a continental style breakfast of toast, jam, fruit and coffee.

Noise from the street can be a lot at times.

Location close to the centre and 2 minutes from a big supermarket. Roof terrace is brilliant with a small pool, hammocks to chill out and tables in the shade. Rooms functional for families. Staff friendly and helpful.

The breakfast wasn't too impressive, but it was useful to have it included - we could save some time in the morning.

Nice location (close to the restaurants and to mercado from where there are buses to Minca / Tayrona). And friendly staff.

Nice and clean rooms with aircon. As the name indicates it is apartments without a reception. We stayed only one night but they are probably better for a few nights, when you have learned how the locks works etc. Nice pool on the terrasse.

It is a great location, the women who received us were very kind, and the rooftop is quite nice to hangout for a bit.

It can be noisy at night, particularly on the weekends with multiple speakers seemingly in competition. One thing that was odd, there were no pots or pans for cooking. There were plates and spoons and the microwave, so good for reheating restaurant takeout

This apartment is quite new and though not large is very comfortable. Wifi and a/c were good and kitchen had a small refrigerator, microwave and 2 gas burners. Breakfast provided was always fresh and good. The real star though was the rooftop providing shade, a refreshing breeze, tables and chairs plus a small pool and a great view of the city. Note that the apartment is in a busy part of the colonial section of Santa Marta, so are close to everything but the narrow streets are busy

I did not get any check-in info (my room number or password for the key lock). Should it wasn’t for the other guests of the accommodation which had “secret “ number for the property (as nobody was picking up the official number) I would not be able to access my room. Big disappointment. The breakfast was eggs with bread every day (plus a bit of fruit), no exceptions.

Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodation. Great location in the old town. Well functioning wifi. Nothing bad to say about the room itself, everything as promised.

The staff are not in the facilities after hours and it was a bit inconvenient to do check out or leave my bags for holding after I went for a hike. However, the staff were very kind and we figured it out.

It's really close to all the touristic places in the downtown, and it's easy to go to wonderful places like Tayrona park or Minca because of the proximity to Santa Marta's market, where you can get transportation by yourself to those places. It's in the downtown, so there are a lot of stores where you can buy groceries and there are a lot of restaurants as well.

Outstanding and helpful staff. The hotel is in the city center near the restaurants and bars in a pedestrian zone, therefore no traffic noise. It has a nice roof top with pool and bar.
