The location is safe close to Bosques University and a few home made restaurants.

While the owner of the house appeared to be a decent individual, the overall experience was marred by the presence of an impolite and aggressive woman who managed the property. Despite the owner's good intentions, the woman in charge of cleaning and overseeing the place displayed behaviors unsuitable for the hospitality industry. Her demeanor detracted from the overall atmosphere and made the stay less enjoyable. It's clear that she is not the right fit for managing such a business, as her attitude could negatively impact guests' experiences. The bed sheets, pillows, and towels are ready to be discarded. Additionally, the sink was damaged, and no water was coming through. Furthermore, the suite's location and very small size at the back made it inconvenient, especially when the woman responsible for managing the property arrived early in the morning, creating disturbances. This made it challenging to get quality sleep after 6:00 PM, making it less suitable for those who struggle to sleep during the night.

Hostel is advertized; it's very quiet, very private, very clean, feels very secure. Laundry machines were available and convenient (you have to buy your own detergent). Room and linen were spotlessly clean. Bathroom had excellent hot water (this is rare!). Breakfast was not included.

There is no problem with the hostel as such. However, it is worth remembering it is a little further away from any attractions in Usaquen (30 minute walk, not recommended at night) and has very few rooms, meaning that if you're looking to meet people or make friends this isn't for you.
