To stay at M1145 Aparta Loft for one night was fine, but I would not stay for longer. The staff was reachable and helpful with check-in, but the room was very basic witout a window. Also, it was pretty loud because someone was working on the roof. Luckily we were so tired that we fell asleep immediately. They should clean the room a bit better and finish the reconstruction of the roof.

We enjoyed the amnesties of the apartment. It had everything we needed especially a washing machine.

Unfortunately the apartment is on a very busy road with lots of noisy cars, buses and motorbikes. The apartment was very hot and there was no way to cool down except for a small fan. There was no cutlery in the kitchen, so we had to bring our own cutlery.

Comfy bed, nice bathroom, tv had lots of channels and good WiFi. The living room had a comfy sofa and the kitchen had fridge and stove for cooking.

Very noisy, loud music and at 4am people left from another apartment and were super loud. Additionally it would be great to mention - before booking! - , that you have to pay in advance via a link. During travel you don't always have internet to coordinate things like that. If we would not have internet to do so we would not be able to enter the apartment.

The rooms on the sreet level has too much road noise even during the night. Also, there is no vent in the room so when you shower, it becomes a sauna and also filled with smell of smoke in the living area which comes from the gas water heater (installed indoors) every time it ignites! It becomes intollerable unless you set the fan on highest speed and open the main door to vent but also face swarm of mosquitos attack. Moreover, the kitchenet did not have any useable amenities and we did not use the washing machine. All this is accompanied by the very bad check in experience with the host which could not type English, and did not even try using Google translate! The host forced us to pay before releasing the enterance code to the room, which we understood why after we stayed there,as nobody would want to pay for such a scam! Not recommend at all

Pretty much everything. The property shown in photos hides the truth quite well. Starting from the ceiling, only the bedroom has a proper one, the kitchen and bathroom stay under the same ceiling (yes this means that if you’re in the kitchen you can hear and smell anything from the bathroom) and this is not even a real ceiling - still looks like under construction. The kitchen is not properly equipped, there was less than the bare minimum (not even two glasses). Also the wall behind the kitchen table is moldy. In the bathroom, which we found with half a toilet paper roll, there are not even hangers for towels and/or something were to put soap in the shower. So we tried hanging the towels to the bedroom’s closet handle but that fell halfway. Additionally to all this, the owner/manager was not very kind to us: first, we asked for a late checkout (2 hours later than regular checkout) and she/he gave us a “maybe” and said we would have had to pay for it. I asked how much and never got an answer, so we just booked an additional night since it was cheap. Second, i asked for a hairdryer and the response was a straight “no”.

It was in bad conditions. The photos in tue app don’t reflect the reality of the property. It seemed like unfinished, dirty, a strong humidity smell, I asked even to the owner a change but it wasn’t possible. The rain falling down through the wall. The bath appliances were damaged, torn towel. Everything about the stay was bad. My girlfriend and I woke up with stuffy nose due to humidity the next day.

the smell of humidity was very strong, I could see the ceiling with humidity and black areas. In the end we did not use the place and we looked for a hotel nearby.
