Location was OK

The apartment was damp There was children's graffiti on the lounge wall Bkack hand & shoe marks on the walls in most of the rooms No hot water at the bathroom sinks Master bathroom en suite toilet not working properly No hot water at the kitchen sink Kitchen cupboard doors broken Kitchen door hanging off hinges Shower heads blocked in each bathroom Wardrobe doors missing handles Wall sockets not secure Hot water boiler worked sporadically Lounge TV too small Mold around bathroom sinks Front door lock difficult to operate Paint peeling off in every room, floor level. Probably down to rising damp Room towels supplied were clearly very old 50% of lighting in lounge had burnt out bulbs Laminate flooring throughout property very old & showing signs of wear & damage Internal phone to 24-hour reception not working

The staff was excellent and there were plenty of space in the apartment and very clean. It had all the cooking utensils that you needed.

These apartments are great. If you like good quality, privacy, and a pretty chill area, this is the place for you!!

All was great at here...the apartments, quiet location, the price, and the staff were all amazing.

Very good!

Location was great, close to the airport and it felt safe. It was nice to be able to park our car. The apartment was spacious and clean and the people from the reception were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay in this place again if I had to be close to the airport.

The neighbourhood can be a little noisy specifically in December.

The Rooms was good the apt size was good

The kitchen don't have enough supplies,the bathrooms need to be fixed it was water everytime on the floor and need also a good towels and TV controls are not good need better tv and there was not device for music

Location is excellent and the staff is very helpful. The neighborhood is really safe with lots of restaurants and food markets. I'll definitely stay there again when I go back to Bogota.

The staff was nice

The washing machine didn’t work, one of the toilets was stopped up before we arrived and remained that way our entire stay, the stove didn’t work properly either , the sheets had a bit of a smell and the mattresses were dirty, the building was very loud at night, overall don’t feel like the price I paid was worth it, and also they had me pay another $600,000COP in cash, for two nights we thought we had already paid for, which was a little sketchy and a bit inconvenient since it came up 2 days before our flight. Overall we end up spending more money staying here with all of the issues I just mentioned. Had to eat out more instead of cook like we planned, had to pay to have our laundry and the sheets we used, washed, since they never replaced the washer they said they were going to. And then the additional charge for the nights that somehow were not charged for right before our flight out.
