PARQUE LLERAS IS ONE BLOCK UP WHICH WOULD BE CONVENIERNT FOR SOME BUT TO ME IS THE UNDERWORLD I DONT REALLY HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS

THE ROOM WAS BROAD, CLEAN AND ARTISTIC AND WELL ILLUMINATED NO BREAKFAST BUT THERE ARE LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AROUND THE LOCATION IS VERY PRIME; 3 BLOCKS UP IS PROVENZA AND 3 DOWN IS EL POBLADO, WHERE I WENT TO CHURCH AND TOOK MY TOURS

The Hotel has a nice art vibe! The Hotels treasure is it personell, always ready to help and assist. Cleaning personell also did great job, very friendly and attentive, especially our assigned cleaning personell Maria Alejandra, great work and vibe and providing information on great places and special towns to visit!

Very good lcoation, directly in Poblado. Really friendly and helpful staff (especially Stiwen, Rodiso, Alex and John). Thanks again. Really good breakfast and free wifi everywhere. To the metro it is maybe 15 Min walk. Many shops and restaurants/bars close by

Though only minor, the presentation of a lobby bar which is not operational is a bit misleading to guests. Despite presenting a stylish and fully stocked bar in the middle of the main floor, I was advised it was not functional. Maybe this is only temporary, and got lost in translation, but to have this only for decorative purposes and shown in hotel photos isn't the most honest representation of available amenities. Another minor issue was the in room water provided. A glass corked bottle with a card advising this is filtered water and the green initiatives and benefits it provided were included. As it contained less than a litre of water, two of us easily went through this halfway through the day, and I went down to request a refill, only to be advised there was a charge for this. Being that it was late and I didn't want to head out again to buy more from a shop, I agreed. The bottle arrived, with a loose fitting cork, and like the first bottle, tasted likely to just come from a tap somewhere. For a hotel presenting as a nice boutique property, it's not great to charge for basic filtered water. Providing drinking water to guests should not be an extra charge, especially when it is not properly bottled spring water or anything like that.

The hotel is centrally located and despite being in a very busy area (lots of bars and restaurants), it is tucked away on a side street, providing a quieter area which is great to have minimal noise. The entire property from the lobby, to the room, to the breakfast area on the top floor is all modern, clean, and well decorated. It's a very stylish hotel, and incredible value for what we paid. The rooms are really nice, with a comfy bed, spacious bathroom/shower, and a large tv with streaming services. The breakfast included at the hotel offers a good variety of options, and you can order barista coffees from the bar as well. Overall was a very good stay and would recommend.

Location was close to tour meetup options, 15 min walk to metro station. Breakfast was amazing! Our room was quiet, we stayed Sunday-Wednesday and street noise did not diatribe our sleep.

Room 501 is next to the elevator and you could hear it going up and down. Water noise from other rooms was very loud in the pipes in our room. Floor 6 is restaurant floor and noise came down into our room. Too dark in the hotel for my wife but I found it ok. Coffee, milk, and hot water not out for people to self serve for breakfast, always had to ask staff each time making us wait. Should be put out for self serve.

The rooms are very dark, and receive almost no sunlight. Plus, the bass from the club across the street was quite audible and kept me up late into the night.

The location is perfect nestled in a quiet street yet just a stone's throw away from a plethora of fantastic restaurants. Our room was a delight, featuring a lovely balcony that offered a serene spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The design of the hotel is simply stunning, blending modern aesthetics with cozy comfort. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and incredibly kind.
