It can be a bit noisy at night.....it didn't bother us and we slept very well both nights. I really recommend Atatdecer de Salento.

We really enjoyed our stay, -comfortable, room with private bathroom and HOT shower. We loved sitting out on the balcony with its view of the town.. The kitchen was well equipped. Don Antonio and Natalie made us feel very welcome. It is close to everything.. We would have liked to stay longer than two nights.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place is at the edge of the village situated a bit up the hill which makes it a superb mirador at sundown.

You hear everything, beds too soft for my comfort

Great location, (although there is a bar very close that plays loud music until late so earplugs a must or just go out!) staff friendly and helpful in Spanish, great shared kitchen, big rooms, beautifully decorated with planting, benches and hammocks giving you a stunning view over the city

A little noisy in the evenings with music from the local bars bit was to be expected on a busy Saturday night.

Easy check in. Hot water and very comfy bed. Really close to the main trip with lots of bars and restaurants for entertainment.

The place is a bit worn down. One of the towels we were given was thread bare and had a big hole in it. It got cold at night which was fine for me but my room partner didn't enjoy it. We also didn't have running water for a day and a half or more. Finally the shower was either freezing or boiling and nothing in between.

The location was good right at the end of the most popular street in town. Though it.could be loud at night. The room was fairly large even with 2 double beds and a single. The price was fantastic, and would have been better split between more people had we been traveling in a group.

The staff, I'm sure was friendly, I just didnt see anyone around, including staff. Across the street is a couple bars that play loud music till around 2am. You may or may not like this. Just something to consider.

The property is at the end of the street, right before the Mirador. It was easy to walk pretty much anywhere.

The kitchen was not very well organised but it was possible to cook, also there is live-music ever night close to the hostel which could disturbe if you have a light sleep

Unfortunately, being at the top of the strip means it can be a bit loud at night, there was a noodle restaurant next door that played loud club music until very late when we were there, so something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.

The host, Don Antonio, was super welcoming, offering us coffee and even soup upon arrival! Rooms are modest but the price is very good. The hostal is located at the top of the main strip, Calle Real, and has a really nice view over Salento. Cool hangout spot on the veranda with hammocks and picnic tables. Cute hostel cats :)

The room was very cold because it’s not properly insulated and it felt unpleasant to be in there at night and in the early morning. The shower did not work properly. It was impossible to sleep at night because there’s loud music coming from people gathering in the street until 5am

The room was spacious and clean, the position is great if you want to be close to the main square, bars and restaurants

The room I stayed in was rough, with a back door and a big gap under it. Gaps between walls and roof made the room cold. Furniture in bad state. Shower with just a trickle of hot water. No keys no lock the door, just a lock. Kitchen and fridge disgusting with rotten food in them.

Only issue would be the noise but with earphones it is fine.

Beautiful property, located very conveniently. I would say the best location in the whole town. So worth the price and more. The two cats are wonderful too.

Water pressure and wifi are a bit low.

Perfect location, close to amazing bars and restaurants and view points. Beautiful house with places to relax, really good vibes, made friends in the house right away, really exceeded my expectations. Great value for money.
