Does not have a restaurant on site and breakfast is home made by the staff and it can be a bit slow if the hotel is busy.

A wonderful, peaceful oasis nestled in the mountains—not a typical city hotel, but perfect for those seeking tranquility. Its location near the airport makes it extremely convenient for early flights out of Medellín. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful—they can assist with arranging transport to the airport, which was a great convenience.

Difficult to access services for food or transportation, you need a car. They offer food delivery, obviously more expensive that needs to be for the transportation. The hotel should adecuate food services there.

"In general, everything is good at the hotel, especially the facilities, but I think they could improve the service a bit by perhaps adding a coffee bar or a pitcher of water or juice. I believe that would make the place even more welcoming."

There are still some details to be completed..wifi does not quite work so well from the bedroom where i was Unfortunately their catering was not yet in full service as they are so new but they solved that problem very quickly.. i still got my Colombian breakfast as i had hoped for when i had booked this hotel .. so i checked out feeling satisfied.

Beautiful location. Nice views.. beautiful gardens. Comfortable beds and excellent amenities.. all very new and with lots of potential for a great vibe/sphere once it gets busier. One feels very welcome and looked after.

It gets cold at night. stick to the jacuzzi. Still very warm apartments with hot water. super confy beds.

This place is a gem. I stayed here with my girlfriend and family before leaving back to the US. Very beautiful hotel to stay. Nice pool and outdoor jacuzzi. I was leaving early in the morning and did not want to trek from Medellin to the airport early in the morning instead of staying close to the airport I found this place. THe place is new and is very beautiful and charming . I believe this place will get full and in time. Very nice as an escape from the city yet close by. Good for couples as well as for family.

The hotel was beautiful. It's giving me modern-country house vibes. The accommodations were spacious and the overall environment very relaxing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The beds were nice and large.

There is no restaurant, no ice machine, no refrigerator and to go out for every meal is a hassle because the return is a nightmare. There is construction going on and the divided highways takes you to a 8 shaped loops and if you miss it it will take you a long way and if you come from the other side you have to pay a toll

Employees were rude. The gas was not working in the morning and they simply did not provide breakfast, not even some fruit or bread. When asked, they were very defensive.

Walls EXTREMELY THIN and low quality construction - we were in the rooms located outside the main house in another building. We couldn't sleep because of an awful snoring neighbor and we could hear even the toilet flushing and this couple talking in an extremely high volume. Early morning staff started playing reggaeton at high volume. It was really noisy. NO REST AT ALL. No restaurant available only deliveries from outside restaurants. Shower do not drain properly. For one night it's tolerable, but for a longer stay it's unbearable. We would not come back.

Breakfast is decent and fair. Gardens and main house beautiful. Staff is not bad also. Omar is the only one really kind.

Breakfast was one of the worst ever I've had! I was asked beforehand how I liked my eggs for breakfast. As a vegan I explained what I don't eat and what the hotel could provide instead, it was only avocado on toast. They told me in advance they would be okay with this. service wasn’t great. needed to ask for towels toilet paper. staff tried to charge me an extra 200 mil because I said that I would arrive 1 hr before checkin.

3 of the 5 rooms we rented were damp. One had a clogged shower. After one night in the damp & coldest room, bro-in-law came down with a fever and cough. Mother in law changed room with him and she awoke with the same thing--sore throat, cough and fever. Two rooms were not cleaned one day; when it was, clean towels and pool towels weren't left. Finally, despite advertising a jacuzzi and steam room, they didn't turn it on for us two nights in a row, despite my husband's requests early in the day for them to do so. .

The grounds were beautiful as was the pool. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.
