Rooms can be warm sometimes. Wifi connection was poor. Hot water worked almost perfectly, but I had problems with it during the last morning I stayed at the hotel

The communication is not very smooth. They say they have breakfast and spa but these are actually other businesses outside of the hotel, so it caused confusion (the breakfast was pretty OK). The receptionist was not very responsible for arranging tours. We registered for a Guatapé day tour which was from the receptionist flyers. When we registered, the receptionist said the guide spoke English (that's why we decided to register) , but on the day of departure when the guide picked us up, the guide did not speak any English but only used Google Translate. It caused a lot of inconveniences - if I would have known this were a pure Spanish tour, I would go for a different travel agency instead of wasting the time. The receptionist is 100% responsible for this.

Nice location, quiet neighborhood but close to good cafés and restaurants. Room isolation is very good so you are not bothered by other travelers.

Property is the amazing and perfect but for the water tank issues caused by heavy rain in the midnight on July 26. No shower, no toilet flashing. But it was fixed in one day.

Amazing location with just a short walk to the bars and restaurants 👌 Really friendly staff and the room was exceptionally clean with everything you need. I highly recommend staying there and will definitely be returning ☺️

I don't really have a complaint. I had a bit of wifi issues, but I spent a lot of time outside, so not being able to connect 24/7 wasn't an issue for me.

The room was big enough and clean. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. If you like extra hot showers, you will like it. But cold showers are also possible.

The bathroom didn’t have a hairdryer, and the ceiling seemed to be under renovation.

What a great and kind staff this hotel has! I had a small issue with my room, and they sorted it out immediately by assigning me another one — which had much better lighting and was much cozier. I absolutely loved the bed; it was beyond comfortable. Didier, Karol, and Mary were all wonderful. Breakfast was also great. The location is very close to fancy restaurants. I’m looking forward to coming back once the entire hotel is ready!

This place is super new and overall really really lovely. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the room was nicely decorated and quiet. Shower was strong with good water pressure and location was perfect.

The room has tinted windows but no curtains. It can be bright in the morning. There is no aircon in the room, which is fine if you ask for a fan. The mirror is not directly infront of the sink which makes shaving challenging. A light would be great above the sink as this area is quite dark.

The helpfull staff The location was far from the noise in El Poblado. Breakfast was ok, and included. The room looks great with enough shelves and hangers. The bed was very comfortable, despite the pillow being a bit too thick for my taste.

Wifi was slightly patchy at times so we had to switch it off for much of the trip. Might be to do with the room's distance from the router, but can hopefully be sorted out. No other negatives really!

Really nice layout to the rooms, great privacy and location just on the edge of town away from the madness. Really comfortable bed and modern appliances - huge TV, modern shower, nice lighting. Breakfast provided at the cafe around the corner was very decent, with good coffee. Staff were very welcoming!

The bathroom had a big window in the shower, and there were construction workers behind the hotel that could look inside. There was no blind or hatch available. Breakfast is in a restaurant down the street, some of the options were very basic (2 fried eggs with a piece of bread).

The rooms are spacious and tasteful with nice lighting (I really liked the dim light under the bed that turns on when you step out of bed), staff is very friendly, bathroom is clean and modern. Huge, comfy bed and a large screen TV ideal for movie night if you want a change from the Provenza bars & restaurants.

- A mirror in the main bedroom (and not just bathroom) would’ve been great. - Since there’s plenty of space for it, I wish there was a chair or small table in the room, so there’s more space to put things down

Stunning property, in the perfect location. Just 5 mins tucked away from the hustle and bussle of Provenza, you’re in a lovely quiet street enjoying the tranquil, tropical landscape! The rooms are huge and the decor is super stylish. Best bed I’ve slept in, in all my travels - you will have a perfect night’s sleep here. The room is furnished impeccably, I really cannot fault it and I LOVE the modern, spacious bathroom! The staff are wonderful and so accommodating, they made me feel so welcome and comfortable during my stay :)

There was no microwave or ice. No elevator eventhough the staff helped carry my luggage.

I enjoyed the staff very helpful and willing to help.The room was nice and clean they have only been open a couple of weeks. They are close to other restaurants and places. Pretty quiet until people slam their doors shut to close.

No air conditioning, shower continually overflowed into the bathroom, wifi was terrible, no fridge or even ice available.

Location and cost were great. Bed was comfy and TV was large and new.
