It was not very soundproof and quite noisy in the night and the cleaning could have been better but overall it’s a good value for money

There were no decorations in the room. Some wall art would be an improvement.

Clean lobby with complimentary coffee. The room was well cleaned and supplied. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was safe, quiet, and close to several grocery stores and restaurants. It's an easy walk from the metro.

a bit noisy but the location was fabulous to get to all of the activity on Carrera 70, which was what we wanted.

Breakfast was in a small cutout room off the parking space, small with about 4 tables and a bar with seating set up around the walls. There just happened to be a larger group visiting at the same time and we were there at that time so it was very loud but that's because they were very happy to be together. This was definitely not the problem from the hotel and truthfully, it wasn't a "problem" for us, it was just loud. Our room was right over the lobby area and the stair space is open so sound travels. I tried to do a meeting via Zoom and the sound made it a bit difficult. But...if this is going to be an issue for you, right down the street is a Co-Living space that you could check out. If I had realized this might be an issue, I could have possibly requested a room further away from that stairwell but it's a small hotel so this probably wasn't possible. The room was a nice size with a desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though my Spanish was limited, we did our best and it worked!

There is nothing I disliked. WE LOVED IT! The only observation we have is that the bathroom could be a little bit bigger.

Excellent location in Laureles, with easy access. Excellent customer service 24/7 and lovely personnel always going the extra mile. Very good breakfast and TV channels

I asked for whole fried eggs, they couldn't because they only had scrambled eggs. I saw a guest having fried eggs, I asked and the answer was, well he is a friend of the hotel owner. I was not convinced at all that she was telling me the truth. Maybe...she was.

The breakfast could be a little bit better. Colombia is known for fresh fruit and natural fresh fruits. Fresh fruit juices would add a lot to the breakfast.

The walls are not soundproof.. and had some guests opening and closing doors through the night... so a bit noisy if you are searching for a quiet place but it was okay for my family
