Canada1- They tried to charged 40$ more than Booking 2- The price was definitely not worth what we got 3- They start cooking breakfast at 7am but our room was next to open kitchen, they were speaking loudly at 7am. So everyday we woke up at 7am because of them 4- They dont change towels unless we ask 5- They dont have shampoo or hair dryer. They have only one big shampoo & one hair dryer, you need to ask each time to get it, then you have to return it. 6- The room dont have windows or views. But even they have these missing things, they charge around $90 per night 7- Currently we are staying at an amazing place in bogota and paying $60 per night.

Czech RepublicThis stay was well below expectations, especially considering the price paid. On the first morning, I woke up to large pools of water all over the room floor—some dangerously close to an electrical socket. I immediately alerted reception about the serious risk of short circuit or even fire. Despite the obvious danger, the issue was largely ignored. After several complaints, the only response was to send someone to mop the floor. No repairs, no room change. It was left as-is for the next guest. Noise was another major problem. A loud, constant reverberation came from a dehumidifier in the corridor, making it feel like sleeping inside a ship’s engine room. I raised this as well but was again ignored. Add to that the noise from other guests and staff talking and laughing loudly, even as early as 5 a.m., and the result is a completely restless night. The rooms have no sound insulation whatsoever. The room itself was not clean, and basic services were lacking. Cleaning is only done upon request, and you're given just one towel. The breakfast was meagre and repetitive: scrambled eggs with what seemed like some form of tortilla, instant coffee, and juice. Staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. While I understand not everyone speaks English, the overall attitude didn’t help. Frankly, calling this a hotel is misleading—it offers the bare minimum and fails on many fronts. Not recommended.

FrancePoor service, we have one room leaking, another smelling like paint, another one with the toilet falling apart ! All showers have only one door so the water splashes everywhere ! Windows not closing correctly, not well isolated, too noisy and mold in some rooms. Frankly one of the worst hotels I’ve had in my life.
The entrance is nice and has a Nice appearance and the staff tries to help! BUT the rest of the hotel is falling apart! The second floor rooms are poorly maintained, things undone and a strong smell to paint

And just before our checkin they told us "we are letting you in advance that we are gonna put you in 1 room with double beds because pf renovations." Few hours is not acceptable to let us know about the changes.

It said confirmed on booking.com but when we arrived at the accommodation at 6pm and they told us they had given our room away and were now fully booked out. We were left wondering the streets at night trying desperately to find alternate accommodation on the long weekend of the Flores festival in Medellin. Lady at the desk very rude, unapologetic and unhelpful.
