We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe hotel is surrounded by auto repair locations which used the street for repair. And in the late evening (2am, 3am) there were voices in the street as one tried to fall asleep.
This is a Colombian Hotel, not a US import. It is designed for local people. Rooms were clean and well made. They moved one of our rooms to the other side because the TV was not functioning.

NetherlandsThe staff of the hotel is very kind and helpfull. In the hotelroom there is a flatscreen tv with Netflix. There was a fridge filled with drinks. The hotel is situated near the metro (not even a 5 minutes walk).

Japan- the bathroom doesn’t have a door and so close to the bed. Very uncomfortable - there is no AC but a fan. The fan is too strong even with the lowest mode and you cannot change the angle. Very strong and direct wind at you. - the neighbourhood does not seem to be safe. - weak wifi - cold shower only

The staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to help us with everything, tours, clothes washing, taxi’s etc. They genuinely care about their guests and it shows. Andres is so kind and offers lots of suggestions about the area, he checked in on us and was like a friend during our stay. The hotel is situated in a mechanical area which seems odd and almost off putting, however, it is very close to the city centre and tours and wasn’t an issue whatsoever.

United KingdomFor a female solo traveler, the hotel was situated in the middle of multiple car garages. I was ok with this but some female travellers may find this a little intimidating. I had no trouble at all though and all the workers were very polite ☺️
Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is situated more with locals (which I personally love).

Francei have to start by saying thank you at the staff. They are so nice and always here to help you. They give us some recommandations and always available to laugh. They could offer laundry service, breakfast and other services just ask. Incredible value for money. just near the metro station. Don’t take care of the car garages around the hotel. the place is really safe and peaceful.
