Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room didn't have a real window,if you're claustrophobic it's gonna be a problem.The noise of all the clubs, even on the 9th floor.
Location is perfect, receptionist amazing, housekeeping nice.

The parking lot was so difficult for big cars. It’s not recommended to take the parking

They have to do something about the noise from outside, for example from cars and the sound from the discos behind the hotel.
Well, the hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

I found some bed sheets stained, in the bathroom I noticed that body soap dispenser was almost empty and there was no label to identify the shampoo or any other item.

lack of door marking not to be disturbed…easy access from employees if they don’t hear you saying do not disturb…not internal second security lock to prevent opening…iron but not iron table…also nothing on bathroom to rub the liquid soap they offer….Shower glass door was falling out of place making it dangerous
the property was well located and as well the personal…most of them were perfect…breakfast was excellent

Frist at my arrival go to do my checking and they told me that the price on booking it wasn't the right price for my room they apologized to me and blame booking,,this and that the price was a little bit more the what I expected nothing crazy but they should fix that . The room clean but no soap no shampoo i have to requested
Good location 5 minute from restaurants and bars and nights clubs and shoping malls , wifi internet was excellent at the room and premises

The room was a bit run down. The blinds were broken, and the safety box wasn’t working. It was also very noisy at night because there wasn’t adequate noise isolation.

Worst breakfast Lack of choices Furnishing of the lobby is obsolete and ugly The electrical outlets in the rooms are located UNDER the night tables You have to literally lay on the floor to plug your devices Something happened with a hot water pipe, not in our rooms. And the guy in charge at that moment somehow resolved the leak but the whole hotel was cut of the system so at 5 am there was no availability of hot water in the shower This could have been resolved by using an emergency plumbing company

They charge additional and didnt inform us. Lift was very slow, three time needed to use the stairs as only one lift and wait was very very long. Also booked a triple room but i was given a queen bed and almost dog bed, that kind that is low and hard without any frame. I complain as the reservation was 2 adults, and they ignore me and just said that is the type of beds they offer. I ask to change room and paid extra if necessary and they refused. They were very patronising and with very little customer service attitude. will never stay again, for that money there is decent hotel just across the road.

This place is absolutely nasty 🤮 the lack of cleaning is evident and I really felt bad to have to take a shower in this place. While waiting for check in, a lady was mopping the restaurant area floor and it was smelling really like when the mop is no wash and not used any cleaning products. The room was dirty, the towels was horrible and I noticed they don’t wash them very well either. Thanks God was only a night because it’s been the most horrible place I’ve ever stayed 🤮🤮🤮

you could hear some noise from the street
room was nice and comfortable, everyone was helpful and used google translate as I dont speak any spanish :) location is great, next to shops, restaurants and some parks
