I would prefer that the glass door stay closed and locked. I didn't like the location of the glass window/door to the balcony. It felt too easy for someone to enter the room. however, I felt safe and it was not a big issue.

indeed it need to improve its facilities and keep for customer available things as hand towels and a trash bin inside the room, improve the TVs as they are old. breakfast is the same everyday. I was in a room behind the elevator and it sounded a strong hit when stopped in the 4th floor at anytime it was used.

the hotel is comfortable and very clean, suitable for one or two nights stay. staff is kind and willing to help always dinting your stay. it has private parking which is wonderful and the location is it best

A guest in the next room had a shower at 3 am, and we could hear it. The water pipes were loud. In addition, the male staff who made the check-in process was very unpleasant.

The room was clean, and most of the staff was charming and accommodating. The hotel has a great location.

1) room had no outside window only into an indoor like enclosed structure. no fresh air 2) BED not comfortable hurt my back....need much more firm mattress 3) asked for a few things took too long to receive them when I was sick. or never came without asking next day

The hotel ran out of water every morning! If you wanted to take a shower after 10AM it would be either impossible or you would need to take a code shower. No warm water.

We have to ask for towels. They only provide 1 towel for each guest. And when the cleaning person comes in they take away the towels even though they know that we are still in the hotel and not checked out.

Using the remote control for the TV was not quite friendly, it is not the hotel's fault, the set-top box is just difficult, on the bright side the personnel knew how to use the TVs and was willing to assist as many times as we required

The experience in this hotel was great, I traveled with my wife and son and the accommodation was excellent, the best value for the offered price, the location has great options for transportation and food, it was very clean, and overall an amazing experience.

I got thee prepared with water from the tap (lot of chlorine in the water) and in the microwave!!.I protested and next days I got thee prepared with water from battle. Very cold place for breakfast with metal chairs and table. I was not allowed to go to the terrace to enjoy the sun and breath fresh air.

more fruit variety in the breakfast, as Colombia is plenty of fruits.

I do not like the room size. It is very small. There is a lot of noise, we can hear people talking right outside of our doors very early in the morning and they had woken us up almost every day. It is very cold in the hotel, we asked for an extra blanket but it was still cold. We asked for heaters but we were told it is not available. We had to change a hotel because my co-worker was sick becuase of the cold.

I liked the staff, they are very nice. The hotel is clean and located near the park so that is a plus. It has coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
