Bathroom was quite dated.

Room was actually a suite. Staff was very forthcoming when we needed a heater. Room had windows which could be opened for fresh air. A supermarket was walking distance away. It was quiet and we had a good night's sleep.

Clean, spacious, very quiet, has hot water and a large bathtub. The king size bed was a wonderful surprise. We loved that we could ask for extra towels or toilet paper without any issues. Cool staff.

The staff are the best thing about the hotel, they are professional, accommodating, and friendly. The breakfast is always varied and delicious. Steam room and Sauna are a nice addition too.

The only drawback I can see is that there is a lot of construction going on nearby. You have to take a taxi for most places. Also, the jacuzzi was out of service during our stay. After long travel I specifically booked a place that had a jacuzzi. You have to pay extra to use it, but it was not open during our stay. First the spa told us it was due to water rationing, but later the reception said it was out of service. I would definite stay here again, but I would confirm the use of the jacuzzi.

The staff was very kind and attentive to all of our needs during our stay. My son turned 7 while we were there and the staff went above and beyond for him, they sang happy birthday and brought him a balloon and a card and even an ice cream sundae. The breakfast was excellent, and the servers remembered our orders each day and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of during our stay. They remembered our names. The bed was comfortable and I really liked that they had different types of pillows. The entrance is attended at all times, you enter in the back of the hotel after 5 pm and they make sure to check you are a guest. The cleaning staff is impeccable and our room was left immaculate at each service. There is a carrulla around the corner so you can buy snacks and water before head out. There is a salon out of the back entrance and they did an amazing job on my hair, I did a deep conditioning treatment and blowout. There is also a small playground out the back entrance and a small community park at the end of the block.

A waterboiler in the room would be great, the sauna was not really hot and the water to cool down not really cold. Spa could use a bit more love. But overall great hotel to stay in Bogotá. Not very close to the centre and attractions
