They charged 4$ for a toothbrush which should be for free with that price for a room. Also no drinking water in your room, you need to pay extra for it. I would not order the tasting menu as it’s a bit pricey for what you get, just order a la carte.

The mushrooms are great and spacious with a great view on the lake. They have aircon and heated mattress for the cold at night. The outdoor shower is great. The sky pools are amazing!

Food and staff were excellent, and the activities offered we varied and attractive. We did a private boat ride and it was excellent. It's a gorgeous location and we felt safe.

We couldn’t figure out how to turn the AC off

Nature oriented glamping experience. Simple but detail oriented with everything you need to be comfortable while feeling very connected to the local ecosystem. We loved the jet skiing experience and the massages. Food was outstanding. Staff was wonderful.

The “elevator music” by the pool. Having politely asked us not to disturb guests with any music, the hotel then disturbed us as we could hear it from our room - despite asking for it to be turned down twice.

Perfect location, unique accommodation & gorgeous views. The food was also excellent.

The fridge was making really loud noises during the night it kept waking us up. We only stayed one night but any longer we would have said something to staff.

Everything, location, it was sooo peaceful. We wish we stayed longer to do other activities. The room was perfecttt and views were the most incredible and the food was amazing, including breakfast.

The property was gorgeous and so well taken care of. We loved our mushroom with a private jacuzzi tub. We really enjoyed eating breakfast on our deck while enjoying a beautiful view. The staff was so helpful and always willing to help. The property is a quick trip to the town center, and they can call a tuk tuk to come pick you up if you don’t have a car. We loved our stay and wish we had spent more time there.

this is the best glamping experience you could ever imagine OMG!!! the property is stunning, every detail thoroughly thought through, the staff is so kind and helpful, and the food and drinks were delicious.
