The location is great! The area is safe and secure. The hotel itself is easy to find and is located near restaurants and other establishments. It is close enough for walking but far enough from the noise. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and complete what we needed for the stay. The room was also spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has a gym and sauna. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. It had variety and was tasty. The restaurant was kept clean by the staff. Also, the kitchen staff kept on refilling the buffet area. It was a nice experience here. Highly recommended!

The staff was simply amazing. They went far and beyond ro make our stay great. I needed their help because I had a visa emergency, and without even asking them, they volunteered to help, and I was able to get through the challenge thanks to them.

Perfect hotel to stay in Bogota. The neighborhood is safe, it is quiet during the night so you can sleep well. The room was very big and comfortable. We even used the gym so it was a nice plus. Breakfast in the morning is basic but keeps you full. Breakfast area is also a bit small but we didn’t have any issues. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who will stay in Bogota.

The only huge issue was that on the day of checkout, the water was shut off throughout the entire property to effect a repair. The hotel had to shuttle me to a sister hotel to take my shower, etc. This issue was a tremendous inconvenience and added stress and risk to me getting to the airport in time for my international flight.

I did not try the breakfast. The location was great. The location was in the central area, far enough away from the city's Southside that experts warned we avoid it. We were a short Uber ride from the luxurious northern neighborhoods with great restaurants.

We arrived very early in the morning and was given a room we have booked. However, it was at the front of the hotel and outside traffic was very noisy. We asked if they could move us to a quieter room and were upgraded to a larger room facing the back of the hotel which was much quieter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We could take uber everywhere from the hotel. We could dine in a variety of nice restaurants within walking distance.

- No temperature control in the room. You have to open/close windows to control temperature. - Very loud traffic outside (even at 6am). Bad window sound isolation -- sounds like the window is open when it's closed. - Only DECAF espresso pods were provided in my room. Weird. - Low water pressure in the sink sometimes - Alarm clock time is incorrect - Light switches are located in the back corner of the room and not at the entrance - No facial tissues to blow nose - No room service food delivery from the restaurant - I would expect a "deluxe suite" to have a microwave. But the restaurant can heat food up for you. - Walls in the room could use a paint job. A lot of marks on the walls. - The sauna is basically unusable. Recommended minimum sauna temperature is 65 degrees. I sat in the sauna for 45 minutes and it only got up to 36 degrees. So it was a waste of time. - Water was shut off to my room for a few hours in the middle of the day (apparently because they were "fixing the pipes") with no prior communication. - Laundry service way too expensive. Better to do it yourself at a nearby laundromat. - Gym is very small with only one machine and no dumbbells. - Daily room service cleaning is not very extensive but they did a much-needed more thorough cleaning after about 4-5 nights.

- Strong WiFi - Couch and office chair are very comfortable - SUPER friendly staff. They even ordered me food delivery at 1am when I checked in - Elevators are very fast - Great views of the city from 6th floor - Breakfast is pretty solid. High protein options (scrambled eggs) and the instant coffee machine is actually pretty high quality. - Bed and pillows are comfortable

The hotel could use some updates. The bathrooms looked a bit worn, and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We stayed in different rooms, and our family had a similar experience in their rooms as well.
