Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our room was exactly like the pictures and everything was good quality in the place. Was very pleasantly surprised and would recommend if you want to stay in the area. Staff was friendly and having a secure place to park our car was very important for us.

ColombiaThe photos of the property are very far from the current status of the facilities. The photos make you expect a more luxurious experience, it however is much more popular. The quality of the rooms is extremely diverse which makes you think you are reserving a good quality room and end up in a cheap motel quality room.
They were honest enough to refund the money, specially the receptionist was very helpful and transparent.
