Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe rooms do have a fan but no air conditioning. The windows have screens, and a cross breeze will keep you comfortable at night.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager was accommodating and helped us with a room reservation related issue. , ensuring a comfortable stay for the group.

United StatesSome of the rooms don't have screens on them and you need to open the windows if you don't have air conditioning because it's extremely hot. They have lots of mosquitoes and biting flies so if you get a room with no screens you're in trouble.. booking.com guest be warned they charge me an extra 19% because I chose to book through booking.com plus another 5% to pay with the credit card. heads up, add 25% more to what you'll be paying when you check out. The water is not potable you'll need to drink bottled water.. still a great place to stay.
Hotels in a beautiful area the staff is nice and the food there is excellent. They have air conditioning only in a few rooms, thank God cuz it's very hot there. Showers only have cold water but that's fine because it's hot outside. Did a boat tour on the lake to waterfalls swimming areas great way to spend the day. Definitely recommend this place for a visit for a few days. Also like the swimming pool was excellent.

CanadaGetting there is tricky as you have to take a boat and a horse ride, but the view makes it worthy.
I loved the view from our room. The facilities, the pool was warm which I liked. The fact that they have the option for credit card was definitely a plus.
