They were very disappointing that access to the Jacuzzis and pool did not have railings for senior citizens. It was extremely difficult for my mother to use the Jacuzzi and pool.

The staff, Diana, Mayeli, Claudia, Carlos, Don Raul and Juan Diego were all very friendly, kind, honest and considerate. The hotel is very well organized and keep great records so there’s no confusion. I felt it was very organized and safe. The food was great.

It was not properly cleaned. Especially tables outside the room, jacuzzi, etc We were asked to notify in advance if we were going to use the turco to preheat it. We notified it in advance but they didn’t preheat the turco bath.

I would suggest upgrading/refreshing the foam pillows for brand-new ones first a better sleep experience.

Location, service was always good, wiling to help when we needed. We were two families with two active boys, the hotel staff made sure they enjoyed and had a good time as well. They had freshly brewed coffee from the region pretty much all day, that was the cherry on top.

Know some Spanish as I don't think any employees are bilingual.

The pool, the bar and jacuzzi. The hammocks. The entire property was beautiful. Restaurant food and staff great too. Walking distance to the Parque Nacional del café. Quiet at night so you can sleep.

What didn't I like? Not much, but I do have to say the Wi-Fi service was very bad. The closer we got to the front desk the better the signal was, but when we were in our cabaña, the signal was weak and we couldn't make calls. We also had issues with the key card we received, 2-3 times the key didn't work and I had to go back to have it reprogrammed so it would work for us.

What did I like? The staff. Really helpful, the ladies at the front desk, the cook, the servers, even the groundskeeper were all wonderful, very professional. One night, it was close to 8 pm, and the staff actually went to our cabaña to ask if we wanted to eat anything and they offered to bring the food to us even though we had elected to go to the restaurant area. I also liked they were able to provide a child seat for our little one. The meals were good and the fruits and juices were fresh. I also liked the facilities, the cabaña was clean and organized. The grounds were well kept and offered fun for the family. The price was also fair for what we got.

I didn’t like three workers there. They were very rude and kind of ruined the whole experience at the check out time. The other workers at night were very friendly.

The weather was warm and the rooms were hot inside during the day mostly. We would have appreciated A/C. We recommend that this hotel ensure that all of its rooms have A/C.

We most liked the appeal of the entire resort. Our room was centrally located, so we were near the pool, the recreation center, and the restaurant. We felt safe and welcomed.

It would be great to have a large mirror in the rooms, and more options to connect appliances.
