Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. SpainI stood in a queue to check in for about 20 minutes, which wasn’t ideal with a 3-year old. The toilet in room 324 didn’t flush well. I didn’t like that there was only a small bottle of water in the room for free and the rest you had to pay for. The pool area looked ok, but you need a swimming cap to go in and, of course, they charge you 7000 COP for it. There’s also a bit of construction happening around it. I didn’t get to use the sauna, but would’ve liked to. On our last day, we rushed out of the room to get a taxi to the airport and the elevators stopped on our floor 7 times completely full of people from some type of convention. It lost us about 20 minutes which means we were very late getting to the airport. I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re only staying in bogota a night or two as you need at least 45 mins to the airport, considering there is no traffic. They do try with the vegan options, but it all looks very unappealing. Decaf coffee is available, but you have to order it and then it’s just instant powder. I asked a waiter for hot water for my cup, and I’m still waiting 5 days later.
The room was big with 2 comfortable double beds. Some people might find the bed a bit soft, but it was heavenly for me. The bathroom was also spacious with a very good shower; hot water and great pressure. Breakfast was good, but I lacked a few more fresh things. They had very good gluten-free bread though. The gym is large with all the equipment you might need. The area around the hotel is great to walk around in, especially by Parque 93, which is just 13 min walk away.

We loved the space in the big rooms, we were coming and going around Colombia and Peru and did a lot of 're-packing' so this extra space was wonderful. One of the few hotels where all 3 our children could have enough space in one room. They were happy to store all the luggage we didn't take on various trips around the rest of Colombia and Peru with us, which was very helpful. The gym is great, the breakfast is stunning and the location is excellent.
