Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms are slightly small when travelling with large cases, but it really wasn’t a problem at all!
The included breakfast was filling and tasty. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. The location was perfect (only a 3 minute walk from the Main Street). The shower was excellent and the hotel was very clean! Staff were also very accommodating and friendly.

Everything was perfect!!
Amazing house 2 streets from the main plaza, but also in a quiet spot. The staff were incredible and very flexible and attentive to our needs. Very clean house and beds. Beds very comfortable and the Jacuzzi and Steam room was a big plus!!

honestly nothing - they helped us with everything and claudia helped us organize a coffee tour!
the breakfast was delicious, the pool jacuzzi was so nice, and the room was really nice, and they changed the sheets every night. we had an early morning tour and they packed breakfast for us!

The room is small if you arrive with 2 big suitcases.
A lovely relaxing place. The staff is very nice and helpful, the room and the bathroom were very clean. Big bathroom. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was great. There’s a place near the kitchen for free coffee and tea.

The property is at the quieter end of ‘town’ and is a real retreat when you visit. Everything is beautifully managed and clean and the staff are wonderful and friendly. The rooms are super, but as other reviewed have said, can be a little noisy as the lead into the terrace where people eat. Personal highlight were the two little dogs who live there. Recommend 💚

The sauna didn’t seem to work (although to be fair we didn’t ask for help) but the pool/hot tub was really warm which made up for that.
Loved the grounds and the location. The family running the place was incredibly sweet and even made our breakfast to go one day when we had to leave early for the airport

This property is beautiful. Both the exterior and interior are in great condition. The grounds and landscaping are well maintained and round up perfectly the nature of the property. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything, from the warm welcoming, the availablity of the staff, the gorgeos common areas as the Jacuzzi, hamam bath, gym, the mini Oase with the lovely and well taken care plants, the colorful interiors and the cherry on top of all this experience: since our flight was very early in the morning, they helped us book the taxi and prepared breakfast for us- take away. How lovely is that?🥰 The location is great, therefore all Boxes are checked! Totally recommend! Aurora from Albania!

The breakfast tables were right outside the rooms so depending when other guest got up, it could be noisy. The wifi in the rooms went great but in the common area was fine. The "hot tub" wasn't very hot, slightly cooler than was comfortable for me to sit in but was well utilized by others
The staff was so friendly. Helped us arrange cars for trips to hiking Cocora, thermal spas, back to airport. The breakfast was very good with choices of eggs or granola and yogurt. The rooms were small but very comfortable.The courtyard was very beautiful with plants and flowers

Great location. Clean, pretty property. The staff was excellent, including letting us store our bikes for a night/2 days while we went and did an overnight hike trip in the valle de cócora.
