Many things were damaged or broken and we can't use them.

Loved it! The places is beautiful like in the pictures. It's quiet and you can really enjoy a great view and have a relaxing time.

It’s located in a nice secluded area and easily accessible at the same time. Serene and beautiful. If you want to disconnect from the caos and be one with nature, I highly recommend. Very clean, safe and modernized👏🏾👏🏾I absolutely loved this accomodation, SPECTACULAR!!!

No hot water in the shower. Also, the staff should take care and leave some plug in Vape against mosquitos and new filters. This is the reason why I don’t give 10.

The experience is beautiful. I suggest you to bring an eye mask if you light bothers you.

The shower had cool settings but I struggled to get it hot again when I changed the water flow setting. Ask for a Google maps location prior to coming as Google Maps showed somewhere else when we tried.

EVERYTHING! The bed was one of the most comfortable, cozy beds we’ve ever slept in. Hot tub on the balcony was awesome. The room and bathroom were remarkably clean. The host, Blanca, was incredibly helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. Breakfast was delivered at a preselected time, and Blanca sent restaurant options for delivery straight to the room. Very well stocked minibar. Unbelievably good value for money.

The place is very relaxing and spectacular and is very close to Peñol and Guatape. I recommend it 100%.

-The road to the hotel is a little bit rough and maybe little bit tough to find at first. But all mototaxis in the city knew the hotel and we never had a problem to get there. It's a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel to the city. -In the morning it is very bright in the house, black out curtains in the sleeping area would be better, at least for me. -The bathroom is really small

-Free Kayak was easy to get and you have a big area to drive around with your Kayak, not only in the smaller part that the pictures show. -The breakfast was brought to our house in the morning, so we were able to eat the breakfast in the house, easy and comfortable. -The area overall is quiet and peaceful, nice nature -The owners were friendly and helpful. -The bed was comfortable

Lighting walking down to the floating house. We came at night from the malecon and had to use our cell phones because the path was not with light.

The location is beautiful, the property was cleaned and organized and Mrs. Blanca was very nice at check in and for anything we needed she was there

It's a nice place, the experience of sleeping almost as it was in the middle of the lake is worth the trip, Blanca was really helpful and kind. Breakfast was of a decent size but delicious, is very close to the town so it's very accessible. Bed was comfortable and the place was quite. The house is literally floating on the water so you must watch for your safety as you should on the rest of the lake.

Very hard ro find anything I didn't like but I will try...I like coffee as soon as I wake up and I had to wait for breakfast to have one but the good thing is we book the time for breakfast so it was my fault. A coffee maker in the room would be nice though.

We were able to walk around the whole estate and it is breath taking. Kayaks were handy and I felt at home using the stuff and walking around. Wonderful people.

Absolutely beautiful location, feels like paradise. Able to walk to town, to la piedra, even kayak into Guatapé (5k each way). Since it was off the main road, you rarely heard cars. Sra Blanca was very kind and makes a delicious breakfast!

One minor thing is the lack of stairs in the small place into the water. It was hard for me to get back onto the floating house after swimming

Tranquility, yet close to the main area of the lake by Kayak. Beautiful amenities, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and very supportive staff

Accessing our room was challenging, and it would be impossible for folks who are afraid of heights, shaky walkers, older, etc. The path is not well lit. The lake varies in depth depending on the rain, etc. At full capacity, the lake is about 30 meters deep. When we were there, it was about 8 meters deep- since the room floats, to get to the room we had to climb down several sandbags to get to the floating dock. We were up for the challenge, but future travelers should take this into consideration. The towels and robes provided are clean but in need of a refresh.

Running water was yellow-ish, the resting net was uncomfortable (add cushions and thick sheets or carpets), not enough towels. Energy outlet in the shower is dangerous, non paved road to access.
