Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI booked a room for 3 people, one of us could not make it to Bogota and I was given a room for 2 people, without being asked and without getting any money back. I asked about it and I was told I should address it through Booking.com, even though I paid in cash. I did not receive any details on how to make the claim either. I think this was not very fair, they probably got to rent that room for 3 people that I did not use. This is not about the money, is about making things right. I also had trouble to sleep starting from 03 am, my room was close to the stairs and noise coming from downstairs/reception desk did not help when trying to get a good sleep.
Location is very convenient if your interest is to stay close to the airport. Room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

CanadaRoom offered to us were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. My wife has walking disability. Finally they managed to accommodate us on 2nd floor. Breakfast room is on the 4th floor so that was a bit of challenge. It is an older building. Area is a bit dangerous so need to be careful.
Management and Staff were absolutely SUPER - very friendly and very helpful.

United StatesThe blankets smelled like sweat (all of them), we rented 4 rooms (a family of 11), the traffic was horrible 😭 we couldn't sleep at all, it was pretty bad, Bogota was very hot and we asked for a fan because there was no Air conditioning, we never got it, I do not recommend this hotel.
We just liked the food from the restaurant downstairs and the receptionists, they were very kind and friendly.
