Staff was really great and helpful and the location is the best spot in the city.

They don’t have water to drink, they don’t even have it a breakfast. With the really high temperatures that Cartagena has, having is a must. The pool looked really dirty and didn’t get it because of that.

The location in the old walled city is great. Right in the heart of it. The hotel is full of character and the rooms all different. Not luxury though. Bear in mind there’s no lift. This hotel had the best breakfast we ate in our month long trip around Colombia staying in mid grade accommodation. We didn’t know that was going to be the case as we started off in this hotel!

The pool looks great but it’s tiny and didn’t see evidence of any filtering system. We didn’t go in it, just in case.

A nice cozy and clean place to stay, straight into the heart of old town of Cartagena. The staff have been amazing with us, the room was clean and tidy everyday and all the best you can get. Breakfast was just perfect. We could not recommend more. I don’t want to forget about Donovan, always there to help with everything 😀

The lift is only for luggage, rooms can be on the 4th floor...

The location was excellent! Staff was very accommodating and attentive! Air Conditioning worked very well! Good Breakfast! Shower pressure was great!

Beds were ok…could feel the springs but overall ok Shower drain was super slow and they ask you to turn the water off while lathering your hair WiFi was weak Lost electricity twice during our 3 day stay

I love this hotel. It’s the great hotel in the city great location and you can carry as many guest as you want. Staff is great. That’s the reason why I stay at this hotel any time and I recommend this hotel to anybody who stayed there

I liked everything about this hotel I give it a five star price is reasonable. You also get breakfast in the morning.

There is no area around the pool to lounge. The area around the pool is too small. The pool looks nice, but I don't see anyone actually using it.

It was right in the centre of town so was easy to walk around.

The internet was intermittent. The shower had limited hot water.

Room was excellent, shower great, and staff brilliant. Breakfast was generous and served in a timely way. Overall it was a very good, almost excellent stay. The location is perfect if you want to be in the historic centre ... In the hub of Cartagena.

A smoke alarm needed it's battery replaced .... We asked for it to be sorted on day 1, but nothing had changed by day 4. A small thing, but could be heard day and night in the communal areas. I'm absolutely sure it's a temporary fault that will love resolved quickly.

I book 5 rooms for family trip and the hotel does not have a great customer service. Next time I’ll be staying in a resort

Property is gorgeous but the hotel owners should at least offer water to the guess. Cartagena is hot and humid and really the people that did our check in was kind of rude which made my sisters upset. My room had a lamp that came out of the wall sitting on the bed’s frame

Excellent location- close to everything. Excellent staff. Hope they had an elevator though - was in the 3rd floor but changed rooms upgrade to 1st floor . It’s value for money for such a location . And not noisy at all .
