Just a really really tiny room And they charged more cuz was vía booking We didn’t get it why but it’s okey we paid that extra, the shower was frozen! Bogotá it’s really cold so was hard to take a shoer, specially when they give us just one tiny soup 😐

Would not recommend per se. The only advantage of the hotel is that it is cheap.

Acceptable stay for one night, but that is all. It is cheap and the location is fine. If you're looking to spend very little on a decent stay, then this hotel would be a recommendation.

Every little noise is transported fully through the building (at least in the ground floor) and into the rooms. So I'd recommend ear plugs even in the private rooms because the night guard is listening loudly on his phone. Also you can hear any sound from any other room in the ground floor.

The location is pretty good, far enough to not be bothered by road noise or parties. The staff is friendly. The facilities are a bit dated but the rooms are clean and beds comfortable.

The Staff is awesome, they would help you if anything is needed, the location is real good being a walking distance from the National Museum, Gold Museum and the Calle 30.

After a long journey i arrived at the property for check in and after registration that ask me to pay, I had only card with no cash, and they don’t take cart but only cash. So i asked if I go to the room the put my staff down and I’ll go to cash-out and pay them. They did not let me go into the room without pay first! Il felt like a garbage. At the point I just took my staff and booked the room in the hotel around the corner. Not recommended to anyone an experience like this!

-they just accept cash. I saw how the receptionist made a Mexican traveler girl go alone to look for an ATM at 9pm. Even when the same receptionist told her it was not that safe to walk around that area. - while browsing for the hotel, it says price was COP 55000, at check out the price changed to COP 65000, then at paying at front desk ( because just accept cash) the price was now COP 75000. - people all around are noisy, I was in room 14. And I was able to hear all the people walking around the hall, using the microwave and listening music late at midnight and early morning. - I thought the lock of my room was working because I was not able to turn it when I locked it. Then just pushing the door, the door will open. I found out the door compared to the frame is smaller, and it was evident for the light from outside that was able to go inside once the door was shut. I told the front desk girl and she told me I did not know how to use a lock. - really nice to have a little refrigerator in the room, but this one was super noisy every time was Cycling .

The lights in the corridor were on the whole night and there was a lot of light in our room. We couldn’t sleep well. This is the only one hotel that didn’t accept credit or debit cards at all. Really bad there. The lady who worked the desk this morning on our checkout (7/02/2023) was the most unfriendly and bitter. She didn’t even greet us. Poor staff behavior. What’s the use is having great looking flowers at the front desk if the staff puts the entire hotel to shame?!

When you spent 13 hours in travel, last thing you need is to wander around a new city to find ATM, because nobody told you that this place is cash only. If hotel crew has your data and passport, They can wait even and hour for you to rest or take shower. First impression is always the most important.

It is not specified that the room has a Window to an inner corridor. It makes the room really claustrophobic and humid. Put the total price from the beginning. It makes an unequal comparison with other hotels nearby

We were not accepted as they sold our room even I specifically informed them we will come. They relocated us in their sister property that was on another location (further away from the city center) and we had to pay ourselves taxi to get there.
