The views are amazing!

Everything was manageable.

The view was the best bit but you can also see it from the street.

Room was dirty, we borrowed a broom to clean it ourselves. The value for money was poor, there are much nicer places in Colombia for much less. The windows were paper thin and we heard everything from outside all night long

The view from the communal area is beautiful.

Considering it was almost empty, there was a lot of noise. A group of guys came in at 3am and shouted for over an hour but the staff did nothing and the walls are paper thin so you hear absolutely everything. The lights in the corridor are on a sensor and there is glass above the door so every time someone passes, which is frequently, the whole room lights up. I was then woken up early by someone playing the panpipes outside my room, only to find out that there was a cockroach who had joined me in bed for the night. When I told the lady managing, she did not even respond. That combined with the constant smell of damp and being told I had to call in advance to warn when I was coming back during the day as they had no staff, it was not exactly a pleasant experience.

The room was a good size and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good. The breakfast area has a beautiful view over Manizales and the mountains.

The shower hot water knob was backwards and they didn’t tell me so I thought there was no hot water. I had to go down to the lobby to ask for help to turn on the hot water because when I tried to turn it on nothing happened and it seemed that there was no hot water. They should have told me that the knob is backwards. My pillow was stained and there was hair on it.

The staff was very helpful. The common areas and the view from the hostel are great.

The area is very lively and therefore quite loud at any time.

My room had a seaparate room wth desk included which was an unexpected bonus!

The Staff was super friendly and you have a great view from the Hotel! I would definitely recommend. The Rooms are clean and the bed was comfy.

Room is much smaller than seen on picture. There is no wardrobe or space to hang clothes anywhere.

The views from the enclosed patios. The room was recently refurbished, private, clean and comfortable and good value for the area. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location and the staff is wonderful. They went out of their way to make everything so good! I can recommend to you!
