Beautiful place and we had a big comfortable room

There’s construction happening right out of our room we could see them through the window and they had access to our terrace so we never used it

The facilities are very clean, especially the bedspread. The rest of the hotel is very well kept.

Some of the rooms feel very cold. The heaters don't work all the time.

Staff is friendly and the accomodation is very clean. Location is good if you need to be in that part of the city as I needed to.

Extremely basic hotel, in my particular case I would stay more than 2 nights. My room didn't have any window. Breakfast is very average or even a little bit below average.

Location is great, staff are very kind and attentive.

Bathroom amenities need upgrades. Soap dispenser was broken and leaked soap continuously.

Hotel is excellently located in the pedestrian area of Usaquen with many restaurants, bars and cafes immediately to hand

My comments refer to the Triple room (room 104). The room has very little natural light (coming only from glass panels in the door). The breakfast patio is directly in front of the door so there is a lot of noise at breakfast time. We were provided with just two bath towels and very limited bathroom toiletries.

The location is amazing. The staff is friendly. The place is extremely clean. The bathroom is small but the shower had really good water pressure.

I recently stayed here and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was nice and cozy, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff was absolutely amazing—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which truly elevated my stay.

There were a few drawbacks. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the selection of TV channels was limited, so entertainment options were lacking. Additionally, the breakfast is more suitable for light eaters—not ideal if you’re someone who prefers a hearty meal to start the day. There was also a shortage of water during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

It’s a cozy boutique hotel, that blends very well with the architecture of Usaquén.

It’s a bit old, floor had holes. The fact that doors have vents you can hear all the noice from outside and probably everything inside as well.

The area is great, and Sunday markets are worth visiting.

The first room was next to the restaurant and was quite noisy until 9:30. We moved room for the 2nd and third nights.. When we put our clothes in for cleaning we were presented with a bill for 395,000 (£75),  When we enquired why it was so high, the staff simply stated it was an external company that they chose and there was nothing they could do. We were not made aware it was pay per item. To be fair, we didn't ask, but we did not expect it to be so much (almost as much as 2 nights accommodation for 5 people). The afternoon of the third night, the power went out. We were told it was a neighborhood issue, but all the buildings around had light. The following morning, the Hotels fuse box was being repaired. We received no light for the rooms and had to go to the toilet/wash by phone light during the evening/night. The power was restored by the electrician the following morning at 9 am.
