The bathroom is very small, however it was very clean.

Loved the location. Loved the chilly air conditioning that was such a welcome relief on warm days. The king sized bed and fluffy pillows were very comfortable. Dark window shades and a relatively quiet area allowed us to sleep in and really recharge each day.

Great location in Laureles - felt safe in the area. The apartment we had was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary coffee and water was appreciated. The staff were super friendly.

The bed was not comfortable, it may be time for a new mattress. I noticed the bed sheets were dirty, I asked the front desk and they changed them but the fresh ones still look dirty. Slow drain in bathroom

The hotel location is great, the room was spacious. Hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. They had coffee/ water available for guests all day.

Fantastic location walkable to many activities. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Balcony and view were exceptional. Kitchen was not fully stocked but anything we requested was able to be provided for by the staff. Only concern was that a shower door was missing. Would recommend!

Nothing, that I didn't like. Just be mindful you need to pay to clean the room which is 40.000 COP per time. Also the property located at Laureles doesn't have lift/ elevator. All by all great experience. Last thing bathrooms are a bitt small

the pictures were not adequate to give you a real feel of the place. the place looked like and felt like a prison in many ways- design, enclosed, little privacy, you need to cover the 1 window in the room, sound travels as echoes thru the building. they have a high security 24 hour front desk. they require an id of anyone who comes in which they copy and save the information including their phone #.

Because I was on the first floor, the window is frosted, and overlooking the inner courtyard. Hence, there is not a lot of natural light coming in. I would recommend booking a room on the top floors.

The location was great, walking distance to many restaurants and safe. The room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was very kind.

Unfortunately, the place is located near an airport so in the morning you can hear the airplanes taking off/landing. I suggest buy some good earplugs. But the place is so good that I'd still stay there again! :)

The staff has been extremely helpful and welcoming. All of them are very nice people. The flat is great, with a cosy interior design and it has anything you need for a long term stay or if you need to work remotely. The bed is the best part of the room: it's super comfortable! Bathroom has towels, small hairdryer and soaps. I found the flat very clean. Regarding the location, I really liked Laureles because it's touristic but still authentic compared to other parts of the city.

The ballroom was quite small. The clothes storage was in the bathroom so not the best position. The room could have benefited from a small light and big wall lights.

Room service costs extra. So the bin in the bathroom would not be emptied. You can not book bathroom only cleaning, its everything or nothing, that was a little sad.

The apartements are big and have enough space! Shower was good, but since there is only a small glass in front, water will rinse out. It was very clean and the people at the receptiob were really friendly.

The apartment did not seem like it had been recently cleaned. This was quite disappointing, especially for the price we were paying. The shower door was missing a section, which meant that the floor got quite wet after every shower. When we mentioned this at reception, the staff member said they had no idea about it and would need to check with housekeeping. The faucets in one of the bathroom sinks and inside the shower were loose and/or broken, and the walls could really use a coat of fresh paint. Windows are very thin, so we found it quite noisy early in the morning. We paid a similar rate at a hotel in Poblado neighbourhood, and the cleanliness and service were far superior. I would not recommend Somos Flats Laureles!

Location was quite good, and the apartment was well-equipped - even a blender and air fryer!
