Only one coffee sachet provided for free in room even if staying as a couple. We were then made to purchase minimum of 5 more just to have one more. Cleaners didn’t come in. No free water.

I think breakfast could be improved. It was included in our booking, but it wasn’t a buffet — just the same menu every day with very limited options. The portions were quite small, and there were additional charges for items like bacon or extra focaccia. I would also suggest that the hotel provide universal adapters for travelers. We asked several times but they didn’t have any available, and the store they recommended sold us broken ones.

The hotel is located in a very nice and safe area. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help with any requests we had. Our room was very clean and comfortable, which we really appreciated.

I didn’t like the bathroom lighting. The shadows cast downward on my face, making me look tired and gray throughout the entire vacation. However, I've noticed this is a common installation everywhere (the bulbs are above the mirrors). The room was small, so it was a bit stiff for two adults. The breakfast options were limited. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and eventually ventured out because we grew tired of the hotel's food.

It's a lovely boutique hotel located in a vibrant area. Nearby, one can find anything they need—a pharmacy, grocery shops, cafes, and restaurants. The "T" zone is a 15-20 minute walk away. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Communication is easy and quick via WhatsApp. The hotel also created a webpage with useful recommendations.

Great service from ever helpful staff throughout my stay. Very comfortable, clean and stylish room, relatively quiet street and good sound proofing. Pleasant breakfast and coffee from a choice of options rather than a buffet style. Boutique style hotel in good location for walking to cafes and lively restaurants. Uber to old centre and other parts of the city and calm place to return each day.

The room was very small. Me and my husband were very surprised, that a double room was more for a single person. Breakfast was included in our reservation. However, only one option per menu, and two drinks. Portions on the smaller side.

It was a little pricey but that’s the only criticism

Good location and very accommodative staff. The hotel manager César Londoño went out of his way to look after one of my suitcases as I explored other parts of the country before returning to the hotel. Very hospitable.

The food options in the hotel are managed by a third party, so a buffet is on longer on offer. That said, the food and service are still tasty. I also wish complementary coffee was offered for the entire stay rather than just two bags offered on day 1.

Hotel Coco is located in an excellent neighborhood, close to many restaurants and other points of interest. The staff are friendly, making it easy to check in and out of the hotel. The rooms are small, but comfortable, with stable water despite the city´s water rationing.

Compared to the last time, breakfast was good but disappointing. From the variety of a luxurious breakfast buffet to a short section of options with limited flexibility and no coffee refill... I stayed for a week and the hotel offered 2 one serving coffee packs in the room with no daily refill... one would think that coffee in Colombia would be a reasonable free perk for clients...

Coco hotel is a cute boutique hotel in a lively area of Bogotá with lots of options around. It's my second time there and always enjoy the comfort and quality of the room. The quality is in the details. It just smell very nice!

A place that feels like home away from home. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in Zona G - lots of restaurants nearby, quiet and safe. I'll clearly come again when in Bogota!

Great location, cute, cozy and chic rooms. Great shower with very hot water. The bartenders at the lounge on the first floor are excellent, a great place to grab a drink and hang on your way in or out. Lovely all around.
