be aware that there’s no air conditioning — just one extremely loud corner fan that makes it hard to sleep. If you turn it off and open the window, the noise from the main road is overwhelming, with trucks and street noise waking you up throughout the night. That’s the only downside.

The room didn't have A/C and got very hot when we didn't have the window and/or the hotel room door open. The window faced a busy road and wasn't very sound-proofed. The bed lights was on the side and in front of the bed, and weren't really useful for reading.

Nice vibe in the hotel. Most of the staff spoke English. Good breakfast buffet with different options for the eggs. Modern and clean interior in the room and the common areas. Great view overlooking the football field and the mountains in the background.

The worst wifi possible, not only me, also asked other people who were getting disconnected every 5 mins, dont get me wrong, the speed is ok, but their work with routers is horrible, it changes you from network to the other, instead of having a huge one only network

I just didn’t like that the walls were so thin you could hear the TV from the room next door. Nobody cleaned my room even if I spent 3 nights there

Some of the hangers in the restroom where falling off and the soap/shampoo/conditioner samplers are too small. It’s understandable given that most people are traveling to work remote and bring their own stuff with them - but always room for improvement!

The creative and playful design definitely caught my eye being an architect myself :) great use of branding and color!

The layout of the room felt a bit like it was meant for one (rather than two sharing) as the bed was against the wall when it could easily go in the centre of the room. When we arrived, there were no towels in the room - I raised this with reception and they just brought one up, and I had to ask for another later (they had ran out apparantly). Small point but towels are an absolute basic, and would have been a pain had we wanted to shower on arrival. Not something the hotel can change really but having stayed in Poblado, Laureles doesn’t have as much to offer for tourists. If you are here to sightsee, you’ll likely end up travelling to Poblado to do it!

Good location near to restaurants and parks of Laureles, and it felt very safe. Checkin and checkout were both easy and the staff spoke good English. The hotel is very modern and the room was comfortable - we’re not digital nomads but it seems that’s who this place is for! Nonetheless we were comfortable here. We booked an airport taxi through the hotel which we were told could be paid by card (it was our last day in Colombia so didn’t want to withdraw any more cash). However when the driver arrived he said it had to be paid cash - not the staffs fault (although it should have been made clear to the driver) but Jose at reception used his own cash to pay the driver and I transferred him the money, which I don’t think everyone would have done. This was so helpful and we really appreciated it!

Lighting in bedroom was harsh. I found the location to be just too far out of the centre of Medellin to make walking comfortable but not far enough to justify a taxi.

The breakfast was good and generous. The television in the shared lounge area for the three rooms came in handy. Shower OK. Interesting concept that bears relation to places like the St Christopher hostels and Japanese 'tube' bunks.

The rooms were very small and it didn't leave much room for your suitcase or anything else to really be in there. The room has no air condition and there's no window in the bathroom so in a three bedroom when you're sharing with people it can get a little stuffy it did come with a fan. They also did not provide towels when we checked in we had to request them and they did not provide extra toilet paper there was three of us staying in the room so one roll of toilet paper wasn't enough

I liked the lobby I think that was the best part of the hotel there's a lot of coworking space and the breakfast selection was decent and the staff was super friendly. The location is great there are so many coffee shops and restaurants within steps away it's also easy for Uber and taxi to find the hotel. The rooms were clean.

Room extremely hot with only fans to cool - but poor location of plug outlets so quite awkward to use. Room (we had three rooms for us as a couple - only available!) equipped with no bowls and one fork (??) and staff slightly confused that we asked for them. Also no kettle but that’s not always available. Place seems to talk a good game about being super hip and modern but it basically just seems like a basic co-working space with a more basic hotel attached.

Good location in Laureles. Adequate breakfast. Available lockers to store stuff before / after booking, though several were broken.

Sometimes the hot water wasn't very hot, bathroom was a little cramped. Breakfast was basic but filled you up.

We booked the presidential suite as we wanted the use of a kitchen, it was well equipped and they provided cleaning products. Comfy bed, use of exercise equipment and there was even a projector and screen to watch a movie in bed in the evenings. Location was great, a few minutes walk to local supermarkets, 10mins walk to a street full of restaurants. Felt very safe, staff friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities for small additional fee down in the basement.

new, clean hotel for people who prefer to feel at home than in a hotel ;) fridge, kitchen, full set of pots xP super friendly service, especially Miss Laura who always helped me in during my 30-day stay ;p additionally she knows English better than me ;) which is mega helpful with my poco espanol xD

The check-in process was complicated and slow. When I arrived, me and the other people I was traveling with each had to use their custom app to take photos of our passports and enter our information, but the app did not work very well and it took a long time. Additionally, there is no room service provided here, so it felt more like a college dormitory than a hotel.

This was a good price for a clean room in a good neighborhood. The free breakfast that was served made it an even better deal.

Unfortunately, very bad sound isolation , both to the Main Street outside as well as to the corridors. The staff from the breakfast were extremely rude and the food options were very limited and unhealthy (sugary and fat ). Most disappointing was a discrepancy between the confirmed booking price and the actual price paid: apparently Colombian tourists must pay a VAT on top of the booking rate, up to 20%. I haven’t experience this in other properties but they said it’s hotel policy. Why this only for Colombians and not foreigners? Or included in the booking price?

Very new apartment well equipped with all utensils needed for preparing own food if desired, cooking plate fridge etc. very well located walking distance from the shopping mall and Laureles area, with integrated coffee shop and 24/7 washing, drying and front desk. The front desk staff were very friendly, provided us with early check in and info to the airport.
