They gave me a room which doesn’t have any curtains, even no curtain rails and no hungers. Because of the form of the building, there are other rooms windows in front of my window. They can see all in side of that room, and their windows have curtains. So I asked to change the room, but he said it is not possible. And he said they told about the problem of my room to the orner but the orner didn’t take care of it. He said I have to wait 45 minutes for someone will come to fix the curtain. I waited 1 hour, but nobody comes. I again ask about at the reception, and now another lady brought an old curtain to give me. I explained there is no curtain rail, then she came to check the room, and she understood how is my room. I saw a clean one bed room with curtain which door was opened , so I asked her to change to that room. then finally I could have a room with curtains. So I couldn’t do anything in the room 2 hours and half . I was so tired.

The property stuff was completely unhelpful. They didn’t care about our needs and didn’t event try to help. Horrible we had to stay the all night without fan even though we ask for it, they never provided us with one.

The beds were uncomfortable and made noise with every move. But the thing that I really didn’t like was the hotel stuff, they were completely unwilling to help, they didn’t care about what we asked for, it was like if we were there for free so they didn’t have to help.

The hotel's ads...are not what they show

Nothing, the pictures of the hotel, the rooms are nothing like the ones they show on booking...the room was old, it has a hole and our welcome was a BIRD inside the room.

The breakfast. Oh and only 1 towel was provided.

The room was cleaned and the staff very helpful. The hotel is located in a vendor walk way, so no traffic in front of the hotel. The location is excellent. I will definitely will be using this hotel in the near future. Oh and you can't beat their prices. The breakfast could be better, I didn't really care because in front of the hotel is a restaurant and they have the best coffee and fresh buñuelos.

I had made a booking for a room for three people, but when we got there I was told that that room was being used, so I had to get 2 rooms, one for 2 people and one for the third person. Luckily I was not charged extra.

I liked that they offered breakfast in the morning. The staff were pleasant and hospitable. The room is perfect for a short stay, like 1-2 days. The room that we had, had a kitchenette and a small refrigerator.

The hotel is very basic and old. It needs maintenance. The rooms were smelly and the ceiling was full of stains from leakages in the past. The shower had no shower head so the water came straight out of the pipe so the bathroom was a pool after taking a shower. The beds were extremely hard and one of them was broken in the middle and therefore very unstable. There were several wifi signals but none of them worked. As we are in 2023 now, this seems to be easy to solve. The hotel is located in a busy street which is convenient but also very loud. The windows seem to not close well and are single glazed. We booked a taxi for the next morning to get to the airport and reconfirmed it in the evening but the taxi didn’t show up. The girl at the reception told us it was cancelled, with no idea how to help us any further. Luckily the taxi showed up, just 10 minutes late and we got to the airport on time. All together no recommendation.

The location is very convenient and the room was clean.
